I appreciate how Podium keeps us informed of the changes and upgrades that they make all while asking for our opinion along the way. It makes me feel part of the growth of the company.
Promises made for services they do not have. Zero onboarding assistance. Paid for 2 locations but only acessing one. Changing terms and conditions after agreemnt then locking out access but still charging fees. CUSTOMER SERVICE WORSE THAN COMCAST.
