What we really like about GatherUp is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is, making it easy for us to gather and manage customer reviews efficiently. The automation features are particularly helpful, allowing us to schedule review requests and follow-ups without any extra effort. We also appreciate the centralized feedback management, which keeps everything organized and accessible in one place. Additionally, the customization options for requests and communication are a great touch, allowing us to tailor our messaging to fit our brand’s tone and style. Above all, the support from Mike and Michelle has been outstanding—they’ve been incredibly patient and responsive, ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Mike is absolutely phenomenal! The onboarding process was a breeze with his guidance! He was very intentional and attentive to any questions I had. He also encouraged me to always reach back out if I hit any road bumps during my time at GatherUp, which I was super appreciative of. Overall, it was above a 5 star experience!! I considered another software but their sales people were more roadblocks than helpful, with layer upon layer of questions and not directly answering my questions first. I like some of the new features added (SMS Marketing, automated replies). Looking forward to implementing GatherUp for 5 of my existing clients. Ease of use and support. GatherUp has set the bar high for other companies to follow. After you sign up, you get a dedicated support person who walks you through the entire process step by step, in dedicated video sessions to show you how it works and to answer any questions. It has a lot of bells and whistles so it's good to have this support, but it's also very easy to use once you know the basics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything to dislike. There are a few features still missing that I am looking forward to in the next upgrade, like being able to combine locations for an aggregate review widget when using the tag manager for selective display. Easy to use and deploy with great results. The software is easy to use for our store locations with very little training and is very intuitive. Not only has it helped to see what we're doing right as a business but where we can improve. Their customer support has always been there to resolve any problems, which are very infrequent, quickly. It is very simple to set up a campaign and get started with this tool. And installing the widgets and pop ups on this site is made extremely easy. The customer service is also always quick to respond and very helpful. Very useful online guide to help you figure out how to best use the tool, and implement the different features it offers. Unfortunately you cannot pause campaigns for reviews once you send out a list, like with BirdEye. Now that we know this, we can warn our clients ahead of time to ensure that they properly vet their email lists. Also, there are a lot of options (which is great) but the downside is that there isn't always enough explanation of the options in the actual tool itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GatherUp is an extremely useful SEO tool that I would highly recommend. Their reputation management services have become a staple for our business. Our clients love the portal and the ability to manage their reviews from one spot. Customer service is also incredibly stellar - very quick to respond, very educational, professional, and friendly. They're never too busy to take time out for a quick consult call to educate you on what you're having issues with. The interface is pretty user friendly and intuitive, which is great for some of our older clients who still want to be in touch with the world of today's internet.
