Podium is awesome because it allows me to reach my clients in a way that suits them best. It is easy to send a review through text or email and the success rate is much higher than simply asking them to go online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there is a higher learning curve than people may think unless you really are thorough with everything and bring it up during onboarding. It is very limited in the way you can't move the chat widget, change the appearance of landing page designs (not fields), and other issues like you're set with only x amount of sms texts. There are many other services out there that are cheaper than what you pay for Podium Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
