What do you like best about Podium?

What I like best about Podium is how simple and effective it is for customer communication. Everything—text messages, reviews, and customer interactions—comes into one place, so it saves a lot of time. It makes it very easy to respond quickly to customers, collect reviews, and improve customer experience without any complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

Podium is easy to use, but there are a few things I don’t like. It can be expensive compared to similar tools, especially for small businesses. Some features feel limited unless you upgrade to a higher plan. Also, customization options are not very flexible, and integrations with other tools can be restrictive. At times, message automation feels basic and could be more advanced. Overall, it’s good, but not perfect for every business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crashes, is over priced, and does not have good support."
What do you like best about Podium?

Not much. It's clunky, it's expensive, it crashes a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

It's so expensive for very little provided. The "support" person changes all the time. The salesmen drops you and won't answer emails after he hooks you. They offer amazon gifts cards instead of actual rebates (because Amazon gift cards will pay my bills...) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
