Datagrail gives us a documented, repeatable workflow with which to process data subject requests so they are handled consistently and within time constraints. The user interface continues to be improved based on customer feedback.
The thing I dislike the most about DataGrail is 1) it' inability to tell me WHERE data is being processed. So I have to manually reach out to every single one of our vendors / suppliers to understand not just where they are *storing* data, but where they...
The support they assist to alleviate and address any issues. In addition, they're proactive and keep us informed ahead of time about new regulations coming down the pipe to prepare for and help through that process.
It would be helpful if it were somewhat more user interactive and allowing for customization.
