It is user friendly. They Nymity AI is so useful, where we can learn alot of stuff. The real-time alerts and centralized dashboard are game-changers for managing assessments. Started using the Data Mapping feature. Introduced the automation stuff but it is not quite iplemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The TrustArc support team sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues. In certain cases, they send standard procedures without first checking our specific settings. Only after we raise the issue again they dig deeper. Instead of being proactive, their approach tends to be reactive. The Linking Feature needs to be improvised - we don't think it is fulfilling the need. The Data Mapping can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
