I do not like the lack of notification I receive
They are one of the few companies that offer a fully integrated phone through Salesforce, using a Chrome extension where there's no programs to install. All the calls work great, and you can text, and most people treat it like it's a cell phone.
Can be glitchy - can't always answer a call while on another call and can drop calls when trying to merge or put on hold
