I dislike automatic calling in general so I am biased. I was an old school sales rep that dialed numbers on the dialpad. I dislike that if you didn't set the settings perfectly you could accidentally call someone 3x in one hour.
Saves hours and hours on cold calling. You can reach countless more prospects and I don't have to manually update Outreach/salesforce when 99 out of 100 people don't answer my call.
My experience with it was not the best. From implementation, we had buggy issues and didn't get off to a great start. The integration with our salesloft would often times not move someone through a call cadence. Maybe there's just something missing but...
