Betterworks really improves the objective management in an organization. It is really easy to use and perfectly shows how the daily work from everyone contributes to reach the top company goals.
I don't like that it doesn't integrate with any work tracking tools (pivotal, lean kit, etc.) I hate the notifications, and the interface is cumbersome. Using it feels like a chore.
