It's super easy to use. The web interface is easy to navigate, and the installation is easy to perform. You don't need a specific appliance, you can install a program and make any laptop or PC on the network into a reporting device in less than 5 minutes....
For our company, the biggest downside is price. We're a very small company and have a pretty flat network. Further, we intend in the future to upgrade to all Ubiquiti equipment which already comes with a decent controller.
