They were not prepared to overcome an issue that was encountered when performing the upgrade to V24. It took less than 5 minutes to really get started in the software and start monitoring our environment. **What do you dislike about Progress WhatsUp Gold?** I would really like to be able to put the database in an always on availablility group. The fact that you can't is a detracter for me. I would think that it would be a capability with the high availablility setup. **What problems is Progress WhatsUp Gold solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use WhatsUp Gold to monitor our servers and network. One really nice feature that we really like is the abliity to backup and retain copys of firewall and switch configs automatically. ### 50.
