Trello is the most intuitive virtual board for managing tasks you'll find anywhere. It's free to use and its implementation is relatively simple, allowing you to create your board instantly. You can choose the template you want for your board depending on your needs and what you'll be using it for. For projects and daily work tasks, the default template will suffice. You're assigned three lists for your workspace: To Do, Doing, and Done. Under these three lists or columns, you can add cards, where you can add the title of what the task is and further details on what this task is supposed to accomplish. The cards are movable by dragging and dropping, so you can share the progress of your work by moving a card from To Do to Doing or Doing to Done effectively. This is essential when you're working on projects collaboratively with other people, where each person has their set of individual tasks. They can move the cards of the tasks they're assigned to the respective column to share their progress with the rest of the team to improve coordination, especially in instances where certain tasks rely on the completion of another. Trello also allows you to leave remarks under each card, where you can keep notes and reminders similar to sticky notes for everyone to see.
Trello is pretty customizable, allowing you to create such lists and rename them to your preference. For every workspace or board you create, you can invite all members of your team to collaborate with you and manage the board and your projects better. There's no limit to how many workspaces you can create, so if you're working with more than one team or dividing your team into smaller units for specific areas of work, you can use multiple workspaces to avoid clutter. To make your work easier, Trello supports Power-Ups, where you can integrate and add additional features to your boards such as Google Drive and Dropbox for file management. Trello can also be integrated with Zoom, where you can access your board and screen share it during your meetings.
Additionally, Trello has built-in automation enabled for all users to access. You can create rules that can automatically respond to deadlines and specific actions set by you. If you're working with a deadline or you're required to submit reports for the progress of your projects, you can use Trello's automation to set up email reports. Trello will send weekly summaries of all the cards and which ones were moved to give you a summarized report on how the project is going along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trello isn't as user-friendly as it would seem. It takes a bit of time to get used to it, so it's not ideal for someone who wants to get started with their projects immediately using boards. But aside from the learning curve, Trello is excellent and there aren't any issues that I find with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

According to me Trello is really great for project management. Its really great for handling multiple projects. Its method of arranging tasks with boards, lists, and cards is very user friendly. Being able to see everything at first glance, whether personal or professional, is something I truly appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the free version is great, some useful features are only available in the premium version. It would be nice to have a few more options in the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Trello is really easy to use and implement.
- You can create your required lanes / columns according to your project needs (eg. To Do, In progress, On-Hold,Done etc.)
- Once the required setup of lanes is done, you can simply start using it regularly, and move your cards / tasks in the appropriate lanes (eg. in progress).
- In each card you can add required people as viewers, so that they can get email notifications, Lables, you could add comments, add some description, checklist, bullet points etc according to your project needs.
- If you face any issues, you could get in touch with the trello support team, for quick resolution of your queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that I disliked as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Trello because it's easy to work in a team, it also allows me to quickly organize my projects. It's easy to implement, I didn't have any complications, I use it frequently. Every time I start a project, I include it in Trello, give access to the people who will work on my project, and everyone begins to carry out their designated tasks and update each card in Trello, so I just have to enter Trello and see what everyone did without having to call them. It is very limited in its free version, although I understand it must be that way.
Also, I feel it is very confusing to create other boards based on a previous project, although it is just about copying the board, it becomes confusing when it asks if you want to keep boards and board templates; I have frequently made mistakes in this part and have to delete the board to create it again. I like basically everything about Trello...it is the single most helpful thing I have found and I have searched and tried sooo many different things. I use it at work for my daily tasks and I also use it at home for a variety of different things. I use the free version both at work and home now, I used to have a paid version at work but not enough people were utilizing it so they cut it off, which I was really bummed about. I love looking at all the different templates and have gotten many ideas from them. I love all the different automation options there are and also how easy it is to get started and understand what all is available to you. I just love love love Trello and trust me you will too! The only thing I will say and it's not even really a dislike it's more of a personal problem of me not being tech savvy and being aware of all the different software that is out there. I found it confusing when going through and seeing what/if I wanted to link into Trello because there were so many options. Again not really a dislike since it is important to have all the things for all the different people but was just overwhelming to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I loved the fact that it is so easy to use, so easy that my non-tech-savvy employees were able to use it and I didn't have to go behind them fixing mistakes. It is customizable so that I could use it on any project we were working on and not just one that was industry specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything negative I can say about Trello Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of the setup and find it user friendly and quick to learn for a variety of users, regardless of the PC experience. We use daily to communicate production between 3 sites, located in different states and a 3rd party vendor. The set up and implementation took us just a few days for all sites and have not run into any issues at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like notifications to when using through an integrated app, appear faster in that app or via email notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trello’s visual simplicity and flexibility are what I like best. It’s easy to organize tasks, move them across stages, and collaborate with my team. Whether I’m working on blog content, YouTube videos, or other marketing projects, Trello’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface allows for smooth management. I also appreciate the wide range of power-ups and integrations, especially with Google Drive and Slack, which help streamline our workflows. The ability to automate tasks using Butler is another huge time-saver for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Trello excels at simplicity, it can feel limited when managing more complex projects. Features like detailed reporting, time tracking, and analytics are missing or require third-party integrations. It would also be helpful to have better task dependencies or Gantt chart functionality natively. Although there are workarounds with power-ups, these features could improve Trello’s utility for teams managing larger projects or requiring more detailed project management capabilities. I like web based synchtonization in it that allows me to access and update my boards easily from any device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it can be great if Trello could automatically archive all the documants I have attached to my boards in to a cloud forder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trello is a great project management tool that makes team collaboration easy by allowing teams to organize tasks and workflow effectively. The card system and customized board offer a user-friendly experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is sufficient for a small team with a simple project but complex projects are not favourable for Trello. Trello lacks advanced features like time tracking. it cannot handle a high volume of team members and tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
