"Trello’s Customizable, Friendly Boards Make Organizing Everything Easy"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello is just enormously customizable and friendly - you can use visuals, colors, checklists, columns, filters, and SO much more to organize both your work and personal lives. I have so many different boards and the platform just works great for whatever I'm trying to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I find it slightly annoying when some features are arbitrarily siloed over in the paid tier, like putting dates on specific checklist items - but this is a minor complaint given how many functionalities are straight-up free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps my daily follow-ups and tasks on track"
What do you like best about Trello?

I find Trello very easy to use in daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I need a simple way to keep my follow-ups, clinic work, and content tasks in one place. With Trello, I can quickly add tasks, move them between Today, In Progress, and This Week, and see what needs my attention.

I usually open Trello during the day when I am planning my work or checking what is still pending. It helps me not forget follow ups and small work items. Adding notes, due dates, and files to a card is simple, so all details stay with the task and I don’t have to search in different places. The board view is clear, and even with many tasks, it does not feel confusing.

Trello fits well with how I already work. It does not take time to set up, and I was able to start using it right away. It runs smoothly in the browser, and I can update my tasks quickly during busy work hours. It helps me stay organized and keep my daily work moving without extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Nothing big bothers me in daily use. Sometimes when the board gets busy with many cards, it takes a little effort to keep things tidy. On slower internet, cards with attachments can open a bit slowly. Apart from these small things, It works fine for my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Flexible Visual Workflow Management with Trello"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello is one of the easiest and most effective tools for organizing work visually. Its board-and-card layout feels intuitive and flexible, and it works well for everything from simple task tracking to lightweight project management. It’s fast to set up, easy for teams to adopt, and it keeps workflows clear without adding unnecessary complexity. Features like checklists, labels, due dates, and automations (Butler) help keep projects moving, while integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive make it even more useful as a central place to manage tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

For more complex project management needs, Trello can start to feel limited compared with more structured tools. As boards grow larger, they can become cluttered and harder to navigate, and reporting or more advanced dependency tracking typically requires Power-Ups or other additional tooling. On top of that, some key features and automation limits are tied to paid plans, which can be an important consideration for growing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Task Management with Real-Time Team Updates"
What do you like best about Trello?

We can easily make tasks for today, week or later, it helps to understand which task is prior to do, after finishing the tasks we can mark completed so its easy to know which is not completed, team can easily see the real time status. It is very simple to understand and drag or drop tasks from one board to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

It is good for small tasks but when it comes to big projects, it is hard. When the boards are increasing it become messy, advanced features are only available in paid plans. It has usage limits, which can restrict more complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Project Management with Intuitive Kanban Simplicity"
What do you like best about Trello?

What I appreciate most about Trello is its unwavering simplicity and the intuitive "digital sticky note" experience provided by its Kanban-style boards. Moving cards from "In Progress" to "Done" with a simple drag-and-drop is incredibly satisfying, giving me an immediate and visual sense of achievement. The platform is remarkably easy to learn; I can create a new project board within minutes, without the hassle of navigating through complicated menus. I also value the flexibility Trello offers—whether I'm overseeing a major marketing campaign or just planning my weekly grocery shopping, the interface adapts seamlessly to my needs and never feels "over-engineered."

I'm also a strong supporter of the "Butler" automation and the extensive range of Power-Ups available. I enjoy being able to set up straightforward rules that automatically move cards or add checklists based on due dates, which takes care of repetitive tasks for me. In 2026, I've found the newer AI-powered features, such as the "Resolution Board Builder," particularly helpful for brainstorming and breaking down complex goals into actionable steps automatically. Having everything—from file attachments to team comments—organized on a single card means I never have to search through my inbox to find the context for a particular task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Despite Trello’s strengths, I frequently encounter frustration when trying to manage more complex, multi-layered projects. One of my main issues is the lack of native support for task dependencies; if a task is delayed, I have to manually update every related card, since the timeline doesn’t adjust automatically. As my boards expand, they tend to become cluttered and harder to navigate, and the 5,000-item limit in certain views poses a real bottleneck. I also find myself relying too much on third-party Power-Ups just to access basic features like time-tracking or advanced reporting, which can make the workspace feel disjointed and more costly.

Additionally, I’m not pleased with some of the platform’s recent changes, particularly the new pricing model and the mobile experience. The restrictions on free workspaces seem to have removed features that were once standard, which is disappointing. While the mobile app is convenient for quick updates, it lacks the power of the web version, especially for managing board settings or handling complex automations. Another annoyance is the inability to delete boards or cards directly without first archiving them; this extra step feels unnecessary and prevents my workspace from feeling as clean and organized as I’d like. "Effortless project management with intuitive Kanban and seamless collaboration"
What do you like best about Trello?

The kanban board interface is highly intuitive, making project visualization feel effortless. The drag-and-drop functionality works seamlessly, and I find that the straightforward design of cards, lists, and boards remains unmatched by competitors. I also value the flexibility offered by Power-Ups, as well as how simple it is to collaborate with team members in real time, all without being burdened by unnecessary features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The free plan comes with significant limitations, especially regarding Power-Up restrictions, which means Ш have to upgrade even for basic automation tasks. Additionally, the mobile app doesn't offer as seamless an experience as the desktop version. If I need advanced reporting features, I'll have to opt for a paid plan or rely on third-party integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trello Helps Me Stay Organized With My Daily Work Tasks"
What do you like best about Trello?

I use Trello every day in my work as a Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support to organize my tasks and track my progress. I usually create boards for different projects or clients, then add cards for daily tasks like data entry, updating documents, following up on requests, and monitoring ongoing work.

I really like using checklists inside cards because it helps me break tasks into smaller steps. I also use due dates and labels to manage priorities and make sure deadlines are met. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to move tasks as I work, so I always know what still needs to be done.

Overall, Trello helps me stay organized, focused, and on track throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Some features like advanced automation and reporting are only available on paid plans. It would be nice to have more flexibility in the free version, but for my daily work needs, Trello still does a good job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Kanban Organization for Team Projects and Personal To-Dos"
What do you like best about Trello?

It is very very easy to use. Whenever I start working on a project with m y colleagues or on a project with my friends, the first step is to make a Trello board. Tracking progress of others and for myself too is so easy. I started using Trello as my personal todo list too. I specially like the Kanban style layout. Work stays organized and I can track my tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I would say nothing. Only thing that comes to mind that if I try out figuring dependencies in the team for a particular task, it does not help. I would like a dependency graph of the team project as a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
