Is easy to work with. I can find the tracking for the customers. I can do quoatation for the customers as well everything they ask for. Is a easy way to have our customers happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process for the quoatation is super long and it takes time. Sometimes we need the customer to wait. Also not everytime we do have the PO save in My Carrier. It just gives you a random number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MyCarrier TMS can connect with most LTL carriers via API to get the LTL and Volume quote simultaneously. So instead of going to different carriers' websites to request LTL and Volume quotes, for the small shipment, you only need to enter all the information one time, then you can get the LTL quotes from all the LTL carriers you loaded in. For the large shipment, you can choose to quote LTL or volume quote, you only need to run the quotation twice.
Besides volume quotes, it's very easy to modify the quotation without changing the pro#. Pre-assigned pro# for most carriers is another plus. That makes sure all the pallets will get the original pro#, even the larger shipments

Need to fill in all the pallets' dimensions. If you are shipping multiple pallets and their dimensions are different, you must create different lines to fill in each pallet's dimension and weight. Although all the 3PL brokers request to fill in the dimension, some LTL carriers' websites only need to fill in the gross WT and class. The good thing about filling in the dimension is checking the density to ensure the class is correct. The bad thing about that is taking time to fill in the quote. The MyCarrier TMS works like magic. Very simple to get set up and running. Very user friendly and the Google Maps feature saves a lot of time for my crew. IT have everything, include the tracking of the shipments sent, and is very easy to understand and very friendly user website. I can easyli look for and shipment using wharever reference i have of the shipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit difficult to get a new LTL carrier signed up. When a rep comes in, we have to send them away to sign up. Usually, a key is required for new accounts and that can take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our Company has been using MyCarrier for over a year and find the program extremely easy to use. It makes shipping to multiple places daily easy, given that everything is contained within one website. Some of the best features are the automatic dispatch and how it populates labels for you. I also enjoy the ability to email tracking to customers by simply inputting their email in their address information. We went from booking with 5-6 different TMS services to using MyCarrier exclusively. The website is intuitive and highly functional for our needs; we also get the best rates with carriers through MyCarrier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I've found with MyCarrier so far is their team is not always very responsive with the chat help windows. I've had times of waiting 30+ minutes for an answer when there was no reason it should have taken that long. It seems to me that some of the people are just less responsive than others.
