What do you like best about MyCarrierTMS?

I like the whole platform. Its quick and easy to create a shipment and get the best price. I use it everyday and it has created an environment so I have leverage when discussing rates with carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?

Doesn't offer all the carriers accessorial options. Must visit carrier for some items like blind shipping. Few and far between but it could be added :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyCarrierTMS?

Using MyCarrier is helpful as it brings everything to one place. It is also helpful as it makes it easier when I am out for my backup to complete tasks since they don't do this every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?

The first year we used MyCarrier it offered reporting that I found helpful in negotiating with the carrier reps for better pricing. The 2nd year they jacked the price way up and when we balked they took the reporting away for the price point we were already at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
