It’s helpful having all of our partner carriers in one place, so we can easily compare rate quotes and review the details all at once.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

From time to time, the UI can get hung up and take a while to load, or it won’t load at all and I have to restart.

**What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing used to be complex. Now that I’m using the Invoice Hub, all carrier invoices are in one place for auditing, which makes the process much easier. It saves me time because I no longer have to visit separate websites and portals for each carrier.

**What do you like best about MyCarrierTMS?**

I find MyCarrierTMS incredibly user-friendly and straight forward to navigate. It makes it easy to view everything in one place, which helps save time. I love how the system shows all freight options in one view, so I don't have to check each carrier individually. The metrics provided are amazing for evaluating carrier cost and efficiency and addressing any issues. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, and Julie, our account manager, has been very helpful and proactive whenever there are updates to the website.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

Full truck loads are a bit slow. We don't get answers until later and some carriers just don't reply at all.

**What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyCarrierTMS helps us view all freight options in one place, eliminating the need to visit each carrier's website. It also organizes open invoices, preventing missed payments and saving us time.

I like using MyCarrierTMS because it allows me to schedule LTL shipments effortlessly. I appreciate being able to compare carriers and keep track of all my shipments in one place. The feature that lets me see different prices from different carriers is especially valuable as it helps us pick the best rate. The platform is very user friendly & easy to explain to new users how to integrate into the system as well. I also really like the reports that can be generated using the higher subscription choices, has allowed me to negotiate better deals with the carriers that I have integrated already.

I do not like the new home interface has too much information for a quick overview, i preferred the pervious version with just that days shipment information.

Easy to quote freight from all of our contracted carriers, saves time and makes comparing and rating quotes extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

Freight rates can change from day to day, but usually it is a marginal change, but definitely different from quoting with a carrier directly and having them honor that quote rate a few days later.

We previously would quote directly with each carrier using each of their portals, which took a lot of time, MyCarrier makes the whole process quicker and more efficient.

I find the simplicity of using MyCarrierTMS to handle all our LTL shipments very helpful. The freight analysis features are excellent, and the invoice audits are a must for anyone in the logistics industry. The initial setup was extremely easy, and using it has resulted in significant time savings and cost reductions. I fully recommend MyCarrierTMS.

The inbound collect or 3rd party shipments scheduling is problematic. It only sends the pickup location to dispatch but not the delivery address or where the material is going.

The only thing I do not really like is that you have to pay for certain features, that the difference between the free version and the paid version is so huge. I started on MyCarrier when you didn;t have to pay for anything

I like that it is an all in one platform that links to all of my carriers.  We get competitive pricing and support is always a chat away.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

The only issues I have are that it can be expensive and the free versions limit thinks like your address book.  The calendar used to let you hover over a shipment and see details, but that no longer works.  It was very helpful.

It allows me to get shipments done quickly and efficiently with all of the tools I need right there.

Trying to use the program for multiple shipments at the same time is not refined. Spend a lot of time setting up a table that gets errors and doesn't finish.

MyCarrier TMS makes it incredibly easy to compare rates across multiple carriers. The visibility it provides is a game-changer for managing cost and service levels. The setup was seamless—by far one of the easiest integrations I've done. It’s a reliable tool that helps me make quick, informed decisions. I lean on it heavily when quoting new business or exploring cost-saving opportunities.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

I use it mainly for pricing, so I haven’t explored all its features. That said, I’ve run into a few issues when quoting multiple shipments. Rates sometimes stop displaying, and I have to refresh or log back in to continue. It also doesn’t support more complex pricing structures like bracket-based or pallet-based rates, which limits its flexibility for certain projects.

It facilitates rate comparisons across multiple LTL carriers. Before using the platform, comparing rates manually acrross multiple carrier sites was time-consuming especially when quoting for multiple lanes or new projects. Now, I can instantly access carrier pricing in one place, which speeds up decision-making and ensures I’m selecting the most cost-effective option.

I like that all of our LTL rates show at one time. It's quick and keeps us from visiting multiple websites.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

Sometimes the freight class is incorrect for the dims/nmfc used. Also, we had an issue once with duplicate PRO numbers from 2 different facilities.

No downside at all except maybe they should add option for terminal pickup by consignee.

Using MyCarrier is helpful as it brings everything to one place. It is also helpful as it makes it easier when I am out for my backup to complete tasks since they don't do this every day.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

The first year we used MyCarrier it offered reporting that I found helpful in negotiating with the carrier reps for better pricing. The 2nd year they jacked the price way up and when we balked they took the reporting away for the price point we were already at.

**What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing MyCarrier does for me is puts everything in one place. Getting all my quotes for all the carriers that I use, and then doing the BOL and labels all at one time streamlines the entire process. I love the calendar so I can see where everything is in the pipeline.

The fact that all my carriers and our negotiated rates are in one place...one stop shopping and such a time saver! I have never once had a rate from any one of our carriers be different than if I were to log into each of my carrier's sites for a rate quote. I love the ease of the BOL, shipping labels and BOL email function too.

It has made our shipping so much easier than in the past. It's a one-stop shop for moving material in and out of our building. Another great thing about MyCarrier is that if there is a question or concern, someone is there to answer your question or move an idea to the tech team.

The only thing that could use improvement is the packaging type. Sometime it will overwrite your handling unit if your pre-load your products.

The software makes it very convenient to be able to quote multiple carriers, track shipments, and have a history of all your shipments and quotes all in one place. Customer service is generaly very good and quick to respond and resolve any issues.

The downsides I would say are not having a parcel shipping option, as well as not being able to bulk update our product list.

The process for the quoatation is super long and it takes time. Sometimes we need the customer to wait. Also not everytime we do have the PO save in My Carrier. It just gives you a random number.

**What do you like best about MyCarrierTMS?**

MyCarrier TMS can connect with most LTL carriers via API to get the LTL and Volume quote simultaneously. So instead of going to different carriers' websites to request LTL and Volume quotes, for the small shipment, you only need to enter all the information one time, then you can get the LTL quotes from all the LTL carriers you loaded in.  For the large shipment, you can choose to quote LTL or volume quote, you only need to run the quotation twice.
Besides volume quotes, it's very easy to modify the quotation without changing the pro#. Pre-assigned pro# for most carriers is another plus.  That makes sure all the pallets will get the original pro#, even the larger shipments
Overall, Mycarrier saves lots of time, especially if you need to ship many shipments daily.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

Need to fill in all the pallets' dimensions.  If you are shipping multiple pallets and their dimensions are different, you must create different lines to fill in each pallet's dimension and weight.  Although all the 3PL brokers request to fill in the dimension, some LTL carriers' websites only need to fill in the gross WT and class.  The good thing about filling in the dimension is checking the density to ensure the class is correct.  The bad thing about that is taking time to fill in the quote.

When I have difficulty to add a new carrier to MyCarrierTMS, the CSR from MyCarrier is very helpful.  They will work on this issue and communicate with the carrier until the problem is solved.

The MyCarrier TMS works like magic.  Very simple to get set up and running.  Very user friendly and the Google Maps feature saves a lot of time for my crew.  I had all my users switched over and running inside of a week.  Support staff is very responsive should you need extra help.

The one downside is that I would like to have more reporting options easier to access.

It is a bit difficult to get a new LTL carrier signed up. When a rep comes in, we have to send them away to sign up. Usually, a key is required for new accounts and that can take some time.

Our Company has been using MyCarrier for over a year and find the program extremely easy to use. It makes shipping to multiple places daily easy, given that everything is contained within one website. Some of the best features are the automatic dispatch and how it populates labels for you. I also enjoy the ability to email tracking to customers by simply inputting their email in their address information. We went from booking with 5-6 different TMS services to using MyCarrier exclusively. The website is intuitive and highly functional for our needs; we also get the best rates with carriers through MyCarrier.

**What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?**

The only issue I've found with MyCarrier so far is their team is not always very responsive with the chat help windows. I've had times of waiting 30+ minutes for an answer when there was no reason it should have taken that long. It seems to me that some of the people are just less responsive than others.

MyCarrier has been extremely helpful in streamlining our shipping process and cutting down the time spent getting quotes. Previously we quoted every shipment with multiple TMS services to find the best deal. Now we use MyCarrier exclusively, confident that we get the best rate.

Would be nice if ever carrier would get on board with MyCarrierTMS.  It would also be useful to have a better search option when looking up past quotes.  Or maybe a sort feature?

When we started using MyCarrier it was free. 1-2 years in, they started charging to use their service. They still have a free tier, but it does not come with enough monthly quotes for us. We do wish their pricing was lower.

It is quite basic and straightforward to use. I enter the location, weight, class, and so on, and within seconds, I have all of the shipping options I require! When I select the carrier, a BOL and mailing label instructions appear. The chat support is also excellent!

The most inconvenient features of myCarrier are the hurdles to jump through for 3PLs and the prices for a shipper, which are in addition to the charges they place on carriers. Third-party charging is more difficult than with other TMSs.

**What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to go to the Carrier website, enter client numbers, and answer many more questions than when we ship through MyCarrier. That saves time for our office staff. Any TMS can assist our Shipping Department in consolidating carrier prices and booking capabilities. MyCarrier does an excellent job of addressing this issue for us by using a consistent and user-friendly structure.
