Coming from a competitor that is no longer offering a solution, 8x8 fits our needs and then some..

Long story short, it just works and it works well. The desktop and mobile app are the main selling point, they are both highly polished and feature rich. The other thing I love is that they update and add features to the client often. The web management/programming admin console is feature rich basic tasks (adds/moves/changes) are a breeze.

Best Affordable VOIP Business Line

We love how simple and straightforward to set up and manage. We switched from Vonage due to the poor customer service and being overpriced.

8x8 makes it easy for support. Other competitors should learn from them.

Support from 8x8 is easy to submit a ticket and get support. Now in the age of few support people the support from 8x8 is number one.
