What do you like best about 8x8?
I like that it's a self managed plaform. As a single IT managerf for a small business I like that I do not have to mess with the platform all the time and it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about 8x8?
There are a few features like being able to change the on hold music for park lines that is lacking. This has been like this for 4+ years and wish they would change this because it's always a pain to have to convince support to it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
