The Tracking is OK I guess and the file upload features have improved. LG might have potential but this is not made for Audit and SOX at the current state. Needs to incorporate a workflow that accommodates Interim and Roll Forward testing. I would advise that LG see how Archer, CCH and MetricStream run their businesses and see how LG could be improved. Can't open multiple websites at the same time. No way to make mass changes, basically you have to enter each field. I lost many hours of efficiency because I had to manually enter fields (e.g. Test Plan Description (High Level); Test Plan Description (Detailed with Testing Attributes); etc.). I really like how we can customize the type of questionnaire that we want to send out. We can send different sections or the whole questionnaire. We can also customize the questions to be a text box, drop down, multi select, etc. It has been great because our team is constantly improving our process and LogicGate can do pretty much anything that we want it to do. Like I said above, it's great to make changes along the way but if we add new questions to a section and the third party has already completed the questionnaire, they come up blank in the next step and since they are required we have to figure out what to put there to move the questionnaire along. When you have to make a change/edit in a workflow with multiple steps, you have to make the change more than once (in each step). I also wish there were more customizeable features, like updating the format of a date field and also updating the format of a number field to include a comma if the number is greater than 1,000.
