As a small business that has fluctuated between 3-10 employees across different states, we don't have the internal support to handle HR, payroll tax compliance, health insurance, ect... The benefits Justworks can provide are more than we could have ever done on our own. They are also very supportive when we're making staff changes. It's also very easy to use if you have a background in HR and using other payroll and compliance tools. There is no wiggle room to change the benefits or structure of benefits during the plan year, or make corrections to paystubs when our company admins have made a mistake. All deadlines are firm and even though communication from Justworks is very clear, it's stressful knowing there is no one that can help you fix a mistake or error.
