The website is very easy to navigate and use. The notifications for needed document signatures or other actions to do are much appreciated. Everything is laid out nicely and I can always find what I need, whether it is related to pay, benefits, or internal company documents. It is unclear what the options of health insurance are for a company using Justworks. With small companies, the choice for insurance or benefits typically warrants doing what works best for the majority of folks, but it would be great to see if other options exist and how well they fit your company demographics (as non-admin user).
