Our previous ticketing system was unreliable when a call comes in but the receiving tech is too busy to handle that. Dialpad makes it so we don't have to worry about that by rolling over calls between Available techs.

I really like the call center. The user experience and layout is much better than what I previously used. I like the analytics, as well as the ability to add the contact info as I am calling someone. Also the call history is nice. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
