Coveo is a great, clean, and fairly straightforward enterprise-level search system for your web applications/website. If you have complex search needs, it provides a CMS-independent composable solution. They have fantastic support and documentation. It is a fairly easy system to learn and modify. Coveo is definitely an enterprise "Cadillac" search solution for your website. Unless you have complex search requirements for your visitors [i.e. large ecommerce store] or a large Fortune 500 type company, this may be a system that is more than you need. We have seen enormous value since implementing Coveo. Their products and offerings are highly competitive in the industry and flexible to meet our specific business needs. They offer a lot of additional support resources and trainings on up-and-coming technologies in their roadmap, which is exciting and help us plan where we want to go next in our digital relevancy journey. Seems like Coveo is always leading the way with cutting edge and emerging capabilities. Moreso, the transparency and guidance they offer is unrivaled with other vendors; everyone we've worked with at Coveo is responsive, friendly, and knowledgable and they really help us understand where we're tracking well and where we can & should focus efforts moving forward. We would like to see more robust issue notifications to proactively manage any issues with our feeds and indexes. The reporting capabilities from Coveo are excellent but not always aligned with our internal process and terminology (e.g., what we call a 'document' or 'product' is different from default Coveo reports), which can sometimes cause confusion.
