What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

We contacted customer service 45 days in advance to cancel and were served with the "gotcha" of a 60 day out buried in a link from the original contract. Several attempts to work with their teams were stonewalled - they just pointed to the contract and said "you should've read it, it's your own fault." As a 20 person startup, I am surprised we even gave 45 days notice. I have never heard of another software company with a 60 day out, nor have I dealt with a business that actually held us to an additional 13.5 months of payment due to a contract. It's insane. The fact that they are willing to burn bridges just for a one year subscription shows their lack of faith in the usefulness of their own product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The Zoominfo team has exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality and onboarding support. The best features of the platform so far include being able to see which companies are visiting key pages on our website, being able to update our existing CRM database and automating our go to market business development strategies.

The sales process was top notch (we strive to emulate it ourselves) and the onboarding process helped our team maximize the value from the platform.

Zoom Info is a best tool for analysis, sales and greatful insights.

Zoominfo Sales Os help me to verifying the leads , which comes from the Web , Corporate marketig and the other channels .

If I have some suggestion to the zoom info data then i also suggested to the team.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo Sales with Copilot gives our sales directors the information they need for their targeted accounts so they reach out at the right time to the right people. I'm very impressed with how useful it is, as opposed to other AI products whose marketing far exceeds their capabilities. ZoomInfo has broadened its scope, making it an easier product to use for both admins and sales. I was especially impressed with their onboarding process - it was thorough and well-communicated. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

I've only run into a few issues with its Salesforce integration, and it's only because I'd like it to do something that it doesn't currently do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding the right target accounts is always a challenge, and ZoomInfo has solid industry and contact data to help us find the right accounts. Once identified for each sales director, CoPilot tells them every day which of their target accounts is showing intent, helping them decide when it's time to reach out and what's the best message. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo has expanded our prospect pool significantly and made the process of finding the right people and companies much easier. The information we receive through WebSights and Intent is so valuable. We are equally impressed by the exceptional customer service we've received. Our dedicated representative, Randi, is responsive and goes above and beyond to address our queries and concerns. Randi not only provides timely solutions but also guides us towards valuable training resources that allowes us to optimize our usage. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Engage. I wish it was a easier to work with Salesforce for the sake of our sales reps that are not as technologically inclined as I feel it requires. It's been tough for our team to get started, but seems like a very worthwhile tool once up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I like that I can get contact information for any prospect right from my browser using their chrome extension. I never have to leave the company's page or LinkedIn. My company has it set up so it syncs directly to Salesforce so I don't have to do any sort of manual inputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Sometimes the contacts are not linked to the right company. However, I play in the SMB space, so a lot of companies have similar names and don't necessarily have the online presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZoomInfo Sales solves the problem of providing data needed for prospecting. I'm an AE that needs to prospect, and to manually enter/find all the data I would need on my own would take forever. I also like how there are mobile numbers, as it's been hard to get people on their office lines lately. Having the mobile information is very helpful. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

As an outsourced SDR/Lead Generation business, having great data is fundamental to us delivering successful campaigns for our clients. ZoomInfo gives us direct access to the stakeholders that are able to influence the procurement of our clients services saving us valuable time and stopping us getting blocked by gatekeepers. What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most clients we work on behalf don't have "good data" and "good data" is the foundation of a successful lead generation campaign.

Part of our role for our clients is to build and cleanse a comprehensive database of prospects that meet their "buyer persona". Through SalesOS we are able to identify these prospects, import them into our CRM and often have the correct contact details to reach out to them directly.

We used to spend a lot of time on administration, adding prospects to our CRM. With SalesOS and the web browser plug in we are able to rapidly import prospects details into our CRM, saving a huge amount of wasted time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The ZoomInfo Chrome extrnsion makes it so efficient to get the data I need from wherever I am working. Whether I am looking for the right person to reach out to in LinkedIn, or getting ready to make a call in outreach. it can be difficult to get contact reports to sync with your account book from salesforce so that you are only getting updated contacts related to your accounts. ZoomInfo solves the problem of making sure you have the most accruate conact info which gives me the best chance of reaching a potential buyer. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

We're in a niche industry, so finding accurate data is fairly hard to come by.

Thankfully, ZI has been top notch in delivering data that's accurate while also making it easy to access, shape, and utilize that data through lists and workflows.

What I like best about ZoomInfo sales is that it truly utilizes the best people, processes and technology to help my inpput, validate, optimize and capitalize on my sales pipeline. It allows my team to turn weeks worth of research and communication into a few keystrokes as well as bring accurate insights into our pipeline to help move things along and stay ahead of any challenges. The only thing I dislike about Zoominfo Sales is that sometimes my other systems can't keep up like my CRM and ERP so I have to put pressure on those system managers to keep up with the accelerated progression as ZoomInfo doesn't heve an access point or contact to assist with updating integrations.
