We contacted customer service 45 days in advance to cancel and were served with the "gotcha" of a 60 day out buried in a link from the original contract. Several attempts to work with their teams were stonewalled - they just pointed to the contract and said "you should've read it, it's your own fault." As a 20 person startup, I am surprised we even gave 45 days notice. I have never heard of another software company with a 60 day out, nor have I dealt with a business that actually held us to an additional 13.5 months of payment due to a contract. It's insane. The fact that they are willing to burn bridges just for a one year subscription shows their lack of faith in the usefulness of their own product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Zoominfo team has exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality and onboarding support. The best features of the platform so far include being able to see which companies are visiting key pages on our website, being able to update our existing CRM database and automating our go to market business development strategies.
The sales process was top notch (we strive to emulate it ourselves) and the onboarding process helped our team maximize the value from the platform.

ZoomInfo Sales with Copilot gives our sales directors the information they need for their targeted accounts so they reach out at the right time to the right people. I'm very impressed with how useful it is, as opposed to other AI products whose marketing far exceeds their capabilities. ZoomInfo has broadened its scope, making it an easier product to use for both admins and sales. I was especially impressed with their onboarding process - it was thorough and well-communicated. I like that I can get contact information for any prospect right from my browser using their chrome extension. I never have to leave the company's page or LinkedIn. The ZoomInfo Chrome extrnsion makes it so efficient to get the data I need from wherever I am working. Whether I am looking for the right person to reach out to in LinkedIn, or getting ready to make a call in outreach. it can be difficult to get contact reports to sync with your account book from salesforce so that you are only getting updated contacts related to your accounts. Thankfully, ZI has been top notch in delivering data that's accurate while also making it easy to access, shape, and utilize that data through lists and workflows.

The only thing I dislike about Zoominfo Sales is that sometimes my other systems can't keep up like my CRM and ERP so I have to put pressure on those system managers to keep up with the accelerated progression as ZoomInfo doesn't heve an access point or contact to assist with updating integrations.
