What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

We struggled as a marketing team to successfully reach existing contacts due to an out-of-date contact list. With ZoomInfo, we never have to worry about email bounces ever again. But correct data is just the tip of the ZoomInfo Iceberg -- the data and integrations it provides give us a highly-detailed plan of attack, and the tools we need to enact upon those insights. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The only thing I don't like about ZoomInfo is when conducting a search, and clicking on a particular contact, you can't go back to your initial search parameters without pressing your browser's "back" button. A native back button would be much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

It allows you to export contacts/leads to your Salesflow in ZoomInfo Engage in a friendly way. It has a lot of filters to better find the best leads you can reach out. You can also use Intent to better find companies that are looking what you offer. In my case, I use it to identify companies looking for Outsourcing services. Easy and friendly to use. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

So far, so good. I don't have anything in mind that I dislike. I've been using this amazing tool for 4 months and everything has been great. Even when I had an issue, their Customer Support resolved my concern in a timely manner. I will keep using their main site and their Google Chrome Extension on a daily basis. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

There are so many helpful things to do with ZoomInfo. I love the capability to monitor intent words to see what companies are searching for something to do with my product. Also, the tracking of which way to reach them that they are most likely to answer is a great new feature. The email reports are great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Honestly, there is not much to say about ZoomInfo in a negative way. I guess the only thing would be to make sure when you integrate into Salesforce or Salesloft that the fields transfer corrently. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The accuracy of the information provided on contacts/ leads is second to none. When I have an email but not direct number for a contact I just drop it into zoominfo and 9/10 times its in there.

When im trying to find new contacts for an account it gives me plenty of options for contacts and easily exports to the CRM or excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The abiltiy to import leads to the CRM sometimes leaves a few out when exporting large lists. I do like how it informs you of which ones it cannot export and the reason why but it would be great if it automatically exported to excel instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoominfo bridges the gap on those accounts that would otherwise be closed out as no obtainable contacts. It allows me to get in 5x more conversations than what it would without it.

It also whens when Im build out large contact lists.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I use it every day as it allows me to reach my target clients with much more efficiency due to the access to direct/mobile contact info - traditionally, I am calling through a company' reception/switchboard multiple times which is usually a pain for the receptionist or worse, there is no access to the person I am trying to reach via switchboard. They have great customer support for any inquiries, and the tool integrates well into Chrome which makes it easier to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

1.5 in 10 contacts do not have numbers, and some contacts opt out but this cannot be mitigated so it is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about ZoomInfo sales is that it truly utilizes the best people, processes and technology to help my inpput, validate, optimize and capitalize on my sales pipeline. It allows my team to turn weeks worth of research and communication into a few keystrokes as well as bring accurate insights into our pipeline to help move things along and stay ahead of any challenges. The only thing I dislike about Zoominfo Sales is that sometimes my other systems can't keep up like my CRM and ERP so I have to put pressure on those system managers to keep up with the accelerated progression as ZoomInfo doesn't heve an access point or contact to assist with updating integrations. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I love how the quantity of contacts ZoomInfo has for each company I am reaching out to. It is easy for me to see which ones have email addresses and the information is far more accurate then other prospecting tools I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I have ever had with ZoomInfo is that it has gone down a handful of times and I have been unable to export contacts into my salesforce. Occassionally the contacts are no longer with the company they are listed under as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I sell a wide variety of products and services to mid-market accounts, and diversifying contacts and understanding org structure has always been one of the most challenging parts of my job. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I have used Zoominfo Sales in most of my sales roles, it syncs perfectly with either Salesforce or Hubspot (I have used both) and is an invaluable tool in the sales world. If you are trying to bulid a list of prospects, it has excellent list building capabilities. You can dial way in on the type of company you want to target and the types of individuals within those companies that would be the most ideal to connect with. In addition to building out lead lists, you can search for specific companies and look at all of the individuals that Zoominfo has contact info for at those companies. Also, with the chrome extension, you can visit a website of a company you may be considering targeting and with a click you can see if there is a Zoominfo record associated with the website you are viewing. And lastly, you can export any company or contact right into your CRM with a few clicks. This both saves you time from needing to build records from scratch and it populates additional company info into your CRM record for a more complete company profile. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The main issue that I run into is often the phone numbers and contact info is outdated. I know Zoominfo is pulling data from a multitude of sources on a regular basis to try and keep their info up to date, but even with these efforts, too often the info is incorrect. I don't believe any of Zoominfo's competitiors do this any better however, so it may be just something to be expected and accepted when using a business intel tool like zoominfo. What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are two major issues or pain points that Zoominfo solves within our sales organization. the first is the need we have to identify and reach out to potential companies and contacts that could use our services. Just searching google for these companies is never going to get you the type of data that Zoominfo provides. We can find companies all over the United States that fit our ideal client profile and dive into who is in what role within these organizations and what their contact info is. Often there are cell phone numbers, direct lines and email addresses available that makes targeted outreach so much more effective. The other problem Zoominfo addresses is the tedious work required to manually create client records in our CRM. Of course there will always be data that needs to be manually put in, but anything that can be found in Zoominfo can be exported right into HubSpot or Salesforce, allowing for detailed records, in mass, to be added directly to prospecting pipelines allowing for more time to be spent dialing and emailing and not doing tedious data entry. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo offers strategic insights into what my buyers are looking at, shopping for, or changing in their environment, which can create opportunities for me. They have actionable information, and it's the best contact database I have used. I pay for the custom Intent, which has allowed us to be much more granular than using Intent out of the box. There are so many automatic processes that you can become lazy and lose perspective on your goals. The goal isn't to do your workflows. It's to increase sales.
