ZoomInfo has been an invaluable tool for our sales team. The AI-powered search functionality is a game-changer, saving us countless hours of manual research. The intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and find the information we need. The integration with Salesforce seamlessly streamlines our workflow, enhancing productivity and efficiency. While ZoomInfo offers a powerful platform, it's important to note that data accuracy can sometimes be inconsistent. Additionally, the pricing model can be complex for some organizations. However, the benefits of using ZoomInfo far outweigh these minor drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Advanced Search filters allow our users to search for their exact target audience so they can quickly reach out to people instead of wasting time digging through long lists of irrelevant data. I especially like the "Likely to Engage" filter because it gives us insight into the best way to engage with a prospect.
Some features are unavailable to us because of our subscription level, such as organization charts and technologies, but I was able to utilize them during a trial period, and they are AMAZING. I hope to be able to upgrade our team in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see additional financial metrics other than total revenues, specifically for the healthcare provider space (large health systems and hospitals); we use Net Patient Revenue and Medicare Revenues as financial metrics to determine if an account is a target. Personally, I've found ZoomInfo sales to be a game-changer for my work. It's not just a contact database; it's a powerful research tool. Being able to quickly pinpoint the right decision-makers, complete with direct contact info, has saved me countless hours of searching. I especially appreciate the company profiles and insights – they give me the context I need to personalize my outreach and avoid generic pitches. The AI features are a real plus, too, helping me prioritize my efforts and focus on the leads most likely to convert. Sure, it's an investment, but for me, the improved efficiency and the ability to connect with the right people make ZoomInfo an invaluable asset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the information may not be accurate. Eg, contacts who have left, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- HubSpot integration and notification to ensure you don't duplicate ingestion of new contacts;
- Insights around who's visiting your websites;
- Generally reliable contact information, including more stable than other "free" options like Apollo
- Contact search using lists of companies makes targeting very straightforward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Sometimes you ingest contacts and later find there's no attributable email address, but I've wasted credits on that
- Inability to see a more full list of entities visiting our website
- Targeting tools are not useful for our SaaS vertical due to lack of related search terms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ZoomInfo has been a very useful tool for our sales team tool. Implementation was quick and integrating it with our CRM was easy. We use it mostly for finding the best contact data, but have also found it useful to identify buying signals to help focus our prospecting efforts. The integration with Salesforce works well, making it easy to pull data. Overall, it's been a great asset to our sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While ZoomInfo’s data is mostly accurate, we do run into outdated emails and duplicate organization records from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The accuracy of the information provided on contacts/ leads is second to none. When I have an email but not direct number for a contact I just drop it into zoominfo and 9/10 times its in there.
When im trying to find new contacts for an account it gives me plenty of options for contacts and easily exports to the CRM or excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The abiltiy to import leads to the CRM sometimes leaves a few out when exporting large lists. I do like how it informs you of which ones it cannot export and the reason why but it would be great if it automatically exported to excel instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use it every day as it allows me to reach my target clients with much more efficiency due to the access to direct/mobile contact info - traditionally, I am calling through a company' reception/switchboard multiple times which is usually a pain for the receptionist or worse, there is no access to the person I am trying to reach via switchboard. They have great customer support for any inquiries, and the tool integrates well into Chrome which makes it easier to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.5 in 10 contacts do not have numbers, and some contacts opt out but this cannot be mitigated so it is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of my favorite parts of ZoomInfo SalesOS is the contact database, which makes finding DM's much easier. The Intent tool is another feature I use a lot. It helps identify companies actively researching certain topics, making outreach more strategic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue with Zoominfo, is that there is a learning curve. While it's packed with useful tools, the amount of data and options might feel overwhelming at first, especially for those who are new to this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how the quantity of contacts ZoomInfo has for each company I am reaching out to. It is easy for me to see which ones have email addresses and the information is far more accurate then other prospecting tools I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have ever had with ZoomInfo is that it has gone down a handful of times and I have been unable to export contacts into my salesforce. Occassionally the contacts are no longer with the company they are listed under as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Putting it very simply, this platform saves countless hours and days of research.
It makes the research and sales process much more enjoyable. I cannot say enough positive things about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative thing I can say, is that the tool is so massive with so much information, that it can be a little overwhelming to new users. I'm sure that I'm not utilizing the tool to it's fullest extent, but I have gotten much better with it over time. Like with anything, it takes practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
