What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

What I like best about ZoomInfo sales is that it truly utilizes the best people, processes and technology to help my inpput, validate, optimize and capitalize on my sales pipeline. It allows my team to turn weeks worth of research and communication into a few keystrokes as well as bring accurate insights into our pipeline to help move things along and stay ahead of any challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The only thing I dislike about Zoominfo Sales is that sometimes my other systems can't keep up like my CRM and ERP so I have to put pressure on those system managers to keep up with the accelerated progression as ZoomInfo doesn't heve an access point or contact to assist with updating integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZoomInfo Sales is solving a lot of problems but the most perimount is that it cuts down on the time my teams spend on data gethering and validation to score the probibility of an opportunity and accuracy of the correct contacts and intent of the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

My favorite feature is the ease of use for subscribing to Advanced Searches and Intent search information; so that I receive e-mails when there are scoops, account / contacts additions and triggers within a prospective account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The separation of Intent from Advanced Searches section makes it feel rather separate, and it interrupts my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Demographics Accuracy

My primary use case is to expedite finding valid, responsive contacts within ideal mid-market prospective accounts within multiple market segments. Then, I leverage the integration with Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM, in order to 1) create the account / contacts quickly and to reduce the likelihood of creating a duplicate record in CRM.

Research in a Snap

Further, I like to use the data mining features of Sales OS a lot. Perhaps, I search for the organization of a client I really enjoy serving. I can find recent activity, updates, press releases, news and financial information. Those can be great talking points when I speak to someone on the buying committe or in a line of business role. Then, I click to show Related Companies and I have a list of 10 organizations--similar to my favored client; and I can use the data to reach out to others in their segment, in order to tell them about business outcomes I helped their 'competitor' to achieve.

Further, we allow Enrich to send the Technologies information to a custom tab / field within our CRM. That makes it quick and easy to find from within CRM without having to open the Sales OS interface.

Integration for Keeping Current

Then, once I claim accounts by exporting from Sales OS, I leverage Enrich. Enrich allows me--as an Administrator--to schedule automatic updates of the Contact / Company information. That way, if new information appears in the ZoomInfo database, Enrich makes sure that empty fields (e.g., phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.) are populated while leaving in place information we've entered manually. I have even created custom fields to receive Enrich data that helps Sales OS and the ZoomInfo Data Services Team to help me find data and trends.

Shortening the Sales / Marketing Motion

Additionally, I like upload lists from my CRM or from my partners CRM; so that I may check for Contacts and Organizational Intelligence. You see, I tag the accounts, as I import them; so that I may use the tag as a filter. After that, I apply search criteria plus the tag to filter a massive list into a focused short list of qualified accounts who are searching for information on the services I provide. Then, I can subscribe so that I get an e-mail to alert me when I should give some attention to that organization; and I add suggested contacts to identify people of whom I may not even be aware.

Digging Into Known Network Connections

Incidentally, the Reachout browser add-in is a real winner. I like to visit LInkedIn profiles and Websites. Then, I click the Reachout button and reveal instant information about the person and their organization. I can even click to dial or click to e-mail them before / after I export the contact into my CRM. Also, Websights can tell us about site visitors browsing habits on our company Website--even when they are not yet in our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Being able to upload a list to ZI is really efficient. We can match based on characteristics and be able to pull it out or send right to our CRM. We historically had really bad contact data and data sources so it was crucial for us to find a service that would actually have our contacts and help us in updating their information and characterisitcs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Not having location level data. There are times where we need contacts and their data at our account level and not necessarily at the parent level. We can't bring that data back into our CRM because the accounts wouldnt match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have really old data in our CRM for our contacts. Our other databases we use for account details and account data has really poor data when it comes to actual people. We are able to get contacts with up to date infomation, titles, contact information and previous emplolyment history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I like that it integraes with Pipedrive directly as far as exporting info. the info is accurate. i love the ratings and the ability to see who activley answers their email and phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Not everything inegrates with pipedrive. While I can export from zoominfo, I cannot export a list from sales navigator. I can do it one by one or manually, but not an enitre list which is problematic. Copilot does not integrate and a bunch of the advances features which is a real bummer. If you want to export a list directly from sales navigator, you cannot, you can only do that within zoominfo, so you're not actually scraping new info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

it solves our lead mining issue and verifies emails for us. it lets us see see who has a better shot of answering email and calls with th accuracy rating. We are able to see who visited our site and for how long, from where and what pages. the intent setttings help alert us who we should be reaching out to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Here are the 3 primary reasons that O love ZoomInfo with Intent... 1) We needed a solution for our Consultants to be able to find accurate contact data for prospects and referrals. Zoominfo fixed that. 2) The bonus that came with our ZoomInfo package turned out to be Intent. Our Consultants love using intent and prospect with it regularly! and 3) Custom Intent! We recently wen through the process of testing a new Intent term with the support team and we are now the sole prpreitor of our Custome Intent Term. And 4) (Bonus Reason) The support team at ZoomInfo is amazing. Thy are professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and we have yet to stump them with a support issue. I have not found anything that I have determined to be a reason to dislike ZoomInfo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I can search for companies and contacts with decision makers in my territory. ZoomInfo has helped me gain an additional quarter million in sales. I am targeting my ideal customer, Manufacturing, HQ in my territory, between 200-500 employees with 10% year over year growth. Find the company, then find the decision makers reduces the "our main offices are in Chicago, Dallas or someplace else." When you add in the company intent and the WebSights your more productive with your prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The learning curve is a bit steep. The good thing is they have videos and people who are willing to help you be successful. Another feature that I wish they had "HINT HINT" is that saved searches that match run every day with contactws would allow me to Tag AND directly import to Salesforce. Now I have to do them one at a time or do a CSV to get them out of ZoomInfo, then to a CSV file and then to an upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting information to decision makers. It helps to create awarenss of what we do and who we are. When tied to the WebSights and Intent you now know what companies are looking at your website and what they are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The database has unique contacts for very specific titles. List pulling is very easy and accurate. My Account Manager, Kelsey MacPherson, is awesome! She follows up and provides excellent service.

I was one of the early adopters of Discoverorg...now Zoominfo. Henry Schuck, CEO, continues to grow and innovate the platform. I have tried many others and Zoominfo is by far more accurate with really great contact data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

I have not found one reason to complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ZoomInfo Sales:

Great database...very accurate data unlike others. Great people that work internally within ZoomInfo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily work with global companies with $1 bil + in revenue. Unlike most databases that are heavy in IT contacts, Zoominfo has tons of other C level contacts that has helped me make several new sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Huge volume of contact info, org-charts and technographic data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Due to the huge volume of data, some percentage of it is always out of date. For instance a contact might have moved on to a new company and Zoom still shows them at the previous role, or, Zoom might say that they are using a certain piece of infrastructure but when you reach someone and talk to them you find out that they switched suppliers already.

This is inherent with all b2b data sources, and I think that the percentage of stale data is comparable across competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Doing B2B outreach is dependent on being able to find direct contact info - direct phone numbers and email addresses. Zoom provides more phone #s and emails than any other provider I've used.

Additionally using account intelligence to locate target companies that align to your Ideal Customer Profile is critical to selecting the right companies to target. Zoom info provides adequate technographic data for this purpose. The quality of the technographics data is similar to other providers but the volume is far more than other players in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
