What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I'm really liking the Zoho Social app so far. I signed up initially to generate social media reports for my clients. Since I use Moz for website tracking, I'm lacking a social media reporting platform. I think this software might do the trick. There are alot of other features on it, but haven't really explored them yet. I use Hootsuite for posting, so not sure if I'll need that functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Zoho Social is very easy to use, even for beginners. I like how it helps manage all our social media accounts in one place. Scheduling posts, checking insights, and monitoring engagement is super simple. The team collaboration feature is also very helpful for planning content. What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I love ZS because I am a musician and content creator that spends a lot of time creating content and there are very many learning curves and things that take your attention away from creating. ZOHO Social is very intuitive and easy to understand and setup and use almost immediately. The amount of platforms to share to is better than the competition. What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I like the amazing dashboards and monitoring system Zoho has. Zoho allowed us to keep an eye on how the public is interacting with the company and brand perception. Since I am a social media marketer I use it for all my clients and I can check all the social media accounts from one dashboard which is amazing. It also helps you to to be more interactive and social in public overall I love all the features it provides like Publishing Calendar, Bulk Scheduler, and Repeat Post and so on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho Social has made it very easy to manage my accounts and made my whole process significantly more efficient. The app is a great resource for content creators and I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand their content to a broader audience in an easy to use and understand platform. The app doesn't have as many features as the web platform. I would recommend using the web platform over the app beacuse of this. I also wish there was an option to add additional social media platforms that aren't already integrated into Zoho Social.
