This feature is a true asset in streamlining my email experience, making Zoho Mail an indispensable tool.

Build in spell-check (with own dictionary).

The built-in spell check in Zoho Mail has been a saviour. It's a simple yet handy feature that guarantees my emails are professional and error-free. The other thing I like the most is the option to add custom words to my dictionary.

This ensures that specialized terminology or unique names are recognized correctly. Zoho Mail's built-in spell check is a silent hero in my daily work!

Colab function via Stream when using Zoho Mail in company/ org.

Not so much a dislike, however there is room for improvement regarding "offline emails" functionality in Safari (on macOS).

(Read: would come in handy when no internet around.)

Perhaps this is a limitation in the (Apple) browser, not sure.

I love and like the Zoho Mail honestly, because Zoho Mail generates a permalink for quick internal and external sharing of emails without knowing the email address of the recipients. The thing I dislike about this application is the storage space capacity limitations within the free plan. Companies with higher email volumes or people who greatly depend on file attachments might need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to accommodate their storage requirements. I love that Zoho Mail is one, if not the best free Custom Business Email Client which offers all sorts of premium features such as DKIM protection, and so on, even giving five gigs free for all (limited to 5) the members of the business

I don't like that Zoho Mail is not as easy to use as GSuite Email Services. To use Zoho mail on mobile, we have to download the Zoho App, which is a bit inconvenient.
