
Zoho Mail allows a small business to have email at their domain name at a very affordable cost. System is easy to setup and even easier to use! This was free to use for a smaller group (up to 10 free addresses) and the whole system made it very easy to monitor and organize all the emails coming in and going out. I love the multiple tabs tha allow you to construct multiple emails by just moving through the tabs as opposed to Outlook 2013 where you have to click through multiple windows. It makes it easy to construct a well thought out but succinct biz email by searching through various email groups if you need to find previous specific email information to include in your current outgoing email all while keeping things nicely organized in tabs. This is good when you have an assistant who needs to comb through previous emails and can have several search tabs open and a few WIP outgoing emails set up without juggling windows like in Outlook. The corollary to this multiple tabs scenario is that if you don't have a system for how many tabs you can track you get overwhelmed if you attempt to do too much with this power.
