What do you like best about Zimyo?

My organization use zimyo for employee management, it is good for clocking in and out and also for finance management and leave management. Reminders are also very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zimyo?

I have also used Zoho CRM and if I compare both I still go with zoho because of its responsiveness and is UI on mobile and website. Also, the calender feature in zoho is big plus point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zimyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is used for employee management in our organization and it is very use full software because our organization is growing at a great pace and now we need to use an employee management CRM so we have been using zimyo and been a great experience till now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zimyo?

User Friendly and easy to use software. Used by us to streamline our HR & Payroll process.

Even though it needs continuous up-gradation and work is under progress to suit our needs and adapt to our region based law, the tech team was very supportive in understanding our needs and supporting us in making the app meet our requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zimyo?

Allows you to keep all the time management of employees, hours worked, overtime, time and attendance, performance management, so you can organize the payroll efficiently. We can also through its calendar, add when an employee requests a special leave or leave on vacation, to find a replacement on those days. It has a module of tax payment and tax compliance, to keep up to date from the same software, all the part of the payment of taxes of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zimyo?

I wish it could be integrated with accounting software, to have everything in the same software, I do not know if it already does, but we have tried and have not been able to. Its interface is not as user friendly as I would like, it costs at first to adapt to the program, but it is solved with practice. I would like the software to inform me in some way, when the employee is not performing at work or does not complete the 8 hours per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zimyo:

Ideal software for all companies with human resources department, or who wish to keep all the management of their employees in order and without errors. It has been very useful and the errors in the calculation of payroll, overtime, vacations and other payments to employees, disappeared. We all work more organized thanks to Zimyo. This software has allowed us as a human resources department to be much more efficient and productive in our work. We have all the payroll management and payments up to date, which allows our employees to be much happier with their salaries, increasing the overall performance of the company. What problems is Zimyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Zimyo to efficiently manage our company's payroll and personnel management. It has very easy-to-use and easy-to-configure features, so we were able to have a good overview of employees and their performance right from the start. Employee time management, from daily hours worked and overtime, to attendance and missed days. Allows scheduling in the calendar special permissions for workers, as well as their vacations.
