THE BEST THING ABOUT ZIMYO IS THAT THE RELATION MANAGER OF ZIMYO FOR OUR COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN EVERY STEP FROM SETTIN UP THE SOFTWARE TO FINE TUNING IT TO CLEARNING THE GLICHES. THE APPLICATION IS VERY USEFUL FOR THE CORPORATE AND CAN BE IMPLEMENTED TO ASSURE THE OPTIMIZED EMPLOYEE WORK POTENTIAL. THE THINGS THAT ARE DISLIKED BY OUR COMPANY IS THE MANUAL FEEDING OF THE DATA IN THE INITIAL DAYS. THE RAW DATA NEEDS TO FED MANUALLY THROUGH EXCEL. THIS TAKES A LOT OF OUR EMPLOYESS TIME AS IT NEEDS TO DONE BY US THIS CAN HAVE AN ALTERNATE WAY TO DO SO. THE THIRD THING WAS THAT THE SERVER UNAVAILIBILITY SHOULD BE NOTIFIED BEFORE HAND BUT IS ACTUALLY DONE ON THE TIME OF UNAVAILIBILITY CAUSED SOME CHAOS IN THE FIRM. There are multiple things that I like about using Zimyo. They are the best in the segment. The company helped us minimize the manual work while automating our entire task. Earlier, we were managing the leave, attempting everything manually on paper, but once we were onboarded, the entire process was streamlined.

1. With a customizable front dashboard, I can choose and remove elements like attendance, announcements, and surveys.

2. It is easy for an employee to check attendance, ongoing activity, birthdays, anniversaries, and a lot of other features.

3. Trip tracking is the best feature they provide, which is linked to expense management, where HR doesn't need to cross-verify the trip with the report because employee history on Google Maps of traveling was there with HR.

4. They have the best analytics in HR software, where on each step you will find a lot of graphs and charts.

5. Offering mobile and easy-to-use apps

6. It is used daily for applying and doing day-to-day tasks.
