Zenoti was incredibly hands-on throughout our onboarding process, which we truly appreciated. We love the wide range of features it offers, and even after a year, we're still discovering new tools. They provide small business owners with the resources and capabilities that give the feel of a big business. Having a dedicated Customer Success Manager, Sargam, has been invaluable. This is a pretty complex system that can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, but Sargam is always there to assist wherever we need it. However, assistance through Zenoti Support can be a little changllenging at times. It typical takes a long time to get a resolution and often times the actual issue is misunderstood by the representative. Additionally, the invoicing process could be clearer and would benefit from a revamp. One feature we’d love to see is the ability to prevent new clients from booking with certain providers. The team who assisted with our launch were extremely knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. We launched ontime and on budget! Their training team was awesome and presented the information in a very easy to follow format plus created so many training tools that we can share with our staff. The system is very easy to use. Just one small thing -which is limitation to sending transactional text to our guests. We like to send "batches" of the same text to certain guests post-treatment and can't do that with Zenoti and instead have to send them individually, which takes away from our front desk operations and efficiency. Zenoti has great marketing services built in and the customer service is incredible. I switched from Booker a few years ago and had a few other CRMs prior to that. Sometimes the amount of data we are able to pull can complicate things. Ex: If we are looking for how much money we have brought in a month, there could be 5 different reports that all show different numbers and it is difficult to understand why they are so different. The integrations with other systems and the robust reporting make operations much easier and more efficient. The Product seems to be very user friendly so far. Zenoti is missing an element that we consider crucial to our industry. The ability to store medical history and medications in a patients profile in a way that allows these details to be auto-populated into the treatment forms. Just about everything. The software does NOT do any AUTO SAVING which is common and expected these days. On top of that - for example - you are building an email which is complex as hell - when you accidently hit a "menu button" like "reports" and it will take you there with NO PROMPT LIKE "ARE YOU SURE YOU WILL LOSE ALL UNSAVED DATA" --- SOOO CRAPPY say no to this software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
