**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

It’s super fast. Reload speed is quick, and when I make calendar changes or update appointments, everything loads right away.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

Some things can’t be reversed. Also, in the product inventory, when we sell an out-of-stock product, the quantity goes negative. But when I add new stock, it updates incorrectly and seems to add it twice in the inventory. For example, if the initial stock is -1 and I receive 1, it updates to 2.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this system, our processing speed was much slower. The biggest help has been the automated text reminders for appointments. Everything can be done from the desktop, and we don’t have to worry about carrying a work phone everywhere because everything can be accessed through the chat history.

Calls are recorded, which helps us trace back any missed information. We used to text all our clients manually, but now it can be automated and done through our computer, which is both great and efficient.

It also allows us to run campaigns, which has decreased the cost of using other platforms for marketing promotions, so it’s definitely worth the price. 

The training videos are super helpful for new and existing staff because they can easily find solutions and learn as they go. 

The system also has great colors and a clear display, which makes it easier to navigate and understand.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

The support is the best I've ever experieced.  The product does so much and is constantly improving and adding features.  It makes my life easier and maximizes my productivity and efficency.  It is so easy to use and it works REALLY well.  We have been able to expand and upgrade our systems and processes becaouse of Mangomints features and integrated features. It was so easy to deploy and implement that it immediately improved our business.  We use it daily for transactions, weekly for payroll, and monthly for reports to analyze our profitibility and progress.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

My only issue with Mangomint is that it is so easy to use and its funcaionality is so good, it is hard to believe.  My co workers cant believe it and doubt it is as simple and easy to use.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking sales, commissions, inventory, scheduling, payroll, taxes, marketing, client tracking, integrated features like release forms, and more. It saves time in both onboarding and training because it’s so simple and in the back end because the robust reporting and analysis it makes possible. The marketing component is also easy to use and powerful.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

I love Mangomint for a million reasons. From the moment you start using Mangomint, the team feels like your best friends—everyone is genuinely eager to help and educate you along the way. The software is incredibly easy to use, and that ease is truly unbeatable. I’ve used many scheduling software options, and Mangomint is hands down the best. I also love having chat support for anything I need, whenever I need help. I love that they are constantly working on improving features or implementing new ones to better serve the customer.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

Overall, I think Mangomint is amazing, but there are a few features I wish were available. For example, I’d love a button that lets me repeat an appointment—something like scheduling it every week on Wednesday at 4:00 PM for the next six weeks.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We received a tax bill that was showing unpaid. This is something Mangomint takes care of for us. I reached out to support and they were able to swiftly correct with their vendor and I did not have to lift a finger.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

The support is excellent, and it’s easy to get help from an actual human. My employees and I have both had questions, and we’ve received a lot of help from the support team as well as the learning center.

The add-ons can be a bit pricey, but I genuinely feel that MangoMint has been working diligently to improve and refine its features, which makes the cost feel worthwhile.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MangoMint lets us chat with clients in real time. It’s incredibly easy for clients to navigate, and our POS system is much easier to use during the checkout process. We had several problems with our previous booking system, and MangoMint has truly resolved all of those issues.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

Since 2020, we’ve been using Mangomint as our booking and management software, and it has been an incredible asset to our business. The platform is extremely user-friendly for both our team and our 20,000 clients, making daily operations smooth and efficient.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been the multi-location functionality. Mangomint seamlessly shares client information between locations, which was essential for our growth and flexibility. Clients can easily book online, and therapists receive appointment notifications by text or email based on their personal preference—helping them stay on top of their schedules without constant check-ins.  They recently added multi booking feature that allows 2+ people to be able to book online. (couples). 

The system also allows our staff to manage their own breaks, which empowers them while keeping scheduling organized. We utilize Mangomint’s integrated merchant services, which simplifies our financial tracking and keeps everything in one place—no juggling multiple processors.

Their texting feature has truly been a game changer. Many clients respond faster to text than phone calls, so being able to communicate quickly and efficiently has improved confirmations, follow-ups, and overall client experience.

Inventory management is another strong point. Tracking retail products is simple, easy to maintain, and even allows barcode scanning when needed.

When we first joined Mangomint, we used a third-party gift card partner, GiftUp. While we loved the functionality, it required separate PayPal processing and came with higher merchant fees. Moving away from that system helped us streamline payments under one merchant account and reduce costs. We’ve also adjusted how we enter gift cards to better accommodate service-value cards rather than only dollar-value tracking.

Whenever we need help, their customer service is literally a message away or phone call. They are very good at getting to you quickly. 
It’s been a reliable, modern solution that supports both our team and our clients in a very practical way.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

One ongoing challenge has been implementing a loyalty program that truly fits our business model. The current options haven’t fully aligned with what we need, making it difficult to create a seamless rewards structure for our clients.

Reporting has also presented some hurdles. Archived employees are not included in certain reports, which requires us to manually download and save reports weekly to ensure we maintain accurate historical data outside the system.

We are currently testing Mangomint’s native gift card program. At this time, it only supports dollar-value gift cards, whereas our business relies heavily on service-value gift cards. Because of this, we’ve had to adjust our internal processes to make it work. Additionally, searching for gift cards can be cumbersome, as used cards are not easily filtered out, making the system feel limited in its current form.

Payroll is another feature offered within Mangomint, but the per-staff-member processing fee makes it difficult for us to justify switching from our current payroll provider.

The intake forms also do not automatically map into client account fields. As a result, important information must be manually entered into client profiles. We’ve created a workaround using a highlighted note section as a shortcut for staff, but ideally, those forms would integrate directly into structured client data fields.

That said, one of the biggest positives is that Mangomint actively listens to user feedback and continues to roll out improvements based on suggestions. That responsiveness is extremely valuable and gives us confidence that the platform will continue evolving.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mangomint helps us solve the operational complexity of running a multi-location massage business while keeping the client experience simple and seamless.  For us, the biggest problem it solves is efficiency. It reduces administrative friction so we can focus on what we actually do best: taking care of clients and supporting our therapists.  At its core, Mangomint helps us run a more organized, modern, and scalable massage practice — especially important as a business operating across multiple locations.

Mangomint is awesome in many respects. I’ve been in the tech industry for the last several years and Mangomint is by FAR the most user friendly system I’ve ever used! So many features & they’re always making improvements! I love it!

There aren’t many downsides to Mangomint at this point! It’s all setup for you to run things smoothly!

Mangomint recently rolled out a “Avoid Time Gaps” feature for scheduling. This has already been such a huge help to us to keep out schedule flowing seamlessly!

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

We transferred over from another platform and have the experience has been night and day. The most notable thing about our experience so far is the customer support we've received. Mangomint's team is quick to respond and always had a resolution. 

Our sales representative, Tess along with our onboarding manager, Jordan answered (so) many of my questions and were so pleasant to deal with. 

Mangomint is FAST! In comparison to our previous software, we were constantly waiting for things to load.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

I wish there was an option for clients to create an account if this is what they preferred. 

Mangomint does not allow different settings for multi-location businesses. For example, I have 3 different stores, 2 of which are smaller and clients could benefit from self-check in. I cannot turn off self-check in for my flagship store.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mangomint has taken away the 'clunkiness' of booking appointments especially with their Express Booking tool. It's helps reduce the time it takes to get clients on the books.

This program is very very very user-friendly and the on boarding process was exceptional with Jordan. The payroll processing was outstanding with Matt. And the customer care team is very knowledgeable and very quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

I would prefer if there was a number to call for immediate questions regarding the software during work hours. The chat people are excellent, but sometimes it takes a little bit for them to get back to you and when you have a customer in front of you and need an answer that doesn’t work. There are also a few things that could be streamlined better within the program. With that being said, they are open to suggestions and feedback, and you definitely feel heard when making them.

The main issue for us, which prompted me to leave our previous booking software, was the lack of customer service. Mangomint has stellar customer service, exceptional even and a strive to improve all the time.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

The chat support is amazing. Whenever I have a question the response time is fast and people are friendly. They are really well versed in the software and provide helpful images and easy to follow instructions. I am the front desk supervisor and am responsible for training new hires on the software and the tutorials are incredibly helpful as a teaching tool. My staff can look up how to do just about anything they can’t remember, and if they still can’t figure it out the chat support is there. We have also been able to suggest new features that would be helpful and feel like we get a receptive response. In the past we have had software companies promise to work with us in that regard and then fell short. But Mangomint is improving and adding features. They even added a way to collect health intake forms and log treatment notes which allows us to keep appointment information and HIPAA protected health information all in one place, saving us a ton of time and energy and removing the need for a separate software.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

There are certain text fields that are very hard to view while editting. For example, if we are creating a time block on the schedule and adding notes only one small section of text is viewable at an time and you have to move the cursor to see or edit the rest of the text in the field. I also think there is still room for improvement in how appointments show up that have been booked for someone by another person. We end up with situations where we have to create a new profile for an appointment and then go back and update which profile is linked to the appointment and make sure intake forms and treatment notes end up on the right persons profile. It has come a long way though!

We used to have four separate softwares for booking, health records, client transactions, retail inventory purchases. We now have all four of those things in one software with mangomint. It has been a game changer. 

We also started using the text feature to remind people to fill out their intake paperwork before they arrive. It has been extremely successful and helped appointments run on time. Also saved us the hassle of printing and scanning paper intakes.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

Mangomint is a huge upgrade from our last aesthetic-based POS. Our clinic implemented memberships several years ago, and while our clients loved them, we were constantly chasing payments and buried in manual accounting. With Mangomint, our memberships are hassle-free, and we save so much time and frustration on the back end. Overall, the application is sleek, user friendly, and highly customizable. We love it for our busy practice!

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

The scheduler workflow feels both too sensitive and a little cumbersome to navigate. There's definitely a learning curve and requires close attention when booking patients.

Mangomint makes it easy for us to take our business to the next level (i.e. memberships, seasonal promotions) without adding additional man hours.

Mangomint has completely transformed the way we run our salon. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, with smart features that actually make our day smoother—like automated checkout and real-time booking updates. The customer service is hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced: fast, friendly, and truly invested in our success. For the value and the peace of mind it brings, it’s a no-brainer.

Two features we’d love are missing: group booking and review catch. I’m confident that it’s being worked on behind the scenes and we’ve found work around a in the meantime!

I love how easy checkout is for our clients with Mangomint. It is a seamless process and is always done quickly. I also love the customer support team. Anytime we have an issue, we are easily able to get answers. We also were able to speak with someone regarding things we would like to see Mangomint do, and they wrote a list down and passed it along to the development team. We really appreciated that they took the time to ask us what we wanted to see from Mangomint.

I wish Mangomint was little more customizable in terms of the calendar page. I would love to see all providers on on the same page when looking at a week view. I would also love to see the add-ons that customer picks within the time block shown on the calendar and not having to click on the actual appointment.

We had a lot of issues with previous systems about ease of use, memberships, offers we wanted to provide, etc- and Mangomint solved all of those problems for us!

I like how easy and user friendly it is! All of the features are so easy to use, and if I do have any trouble, the chat feature is nice because I can get help quickly. I love the offers and campaigns features as well, they have helped to increase our revenue since we switched over.

We are coming from a different perspective since we are a school. We have about 80 students. Some features are a little tedious considering we are constantly getting new students. It would be nice to have a "template" for schedules that we could apply to staff members or to be able to edit schedules in batches. I like that it's so intuitive to use, both for the salon user and our clients. It's never fun having to train 20+ people to use a software or switch them over, but Mangomint definitely made it seamless. Moving over our info was so quick -- literally HOURS! 

Jordan has been a dream to work with when it comes to on-boarding. I'm a very tech savvy person and I don't really need a ton of help when it comes to implementing a new software, so there wasn't a lot to do initially. Once we started prepping for a launch day, Jordan was able to answer my questions so quickly via email for me when we first started using it. 

The team has been using it up a storm, and so have our clients, new and old! And adding our new front desk display was super simple too, and we already had an iPad.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

I'd say probably that everything wasn't included in the cost of the software. I get that with more items, we have more ask of the software, but I love having an all inclusive menu at my salon -- so I love it when pricing is that way. Just bundle it all and GIVE me all the goods haha!

Oh, I do wish that we were able to move over current appointments. I get that once we moved them over, it would be up to us to do so, but I wish that was one of the sets of data that were moved over.

And I do wish we could integrate the checkout with non Apple products, like android tablets.

Mangomint is solving a credit card processor issue, as well as ease of use issue for my staff and our clients. We had so many clients with issues and our card non-present checkouts, as well as for my staff using our in person terminal. We haven't had any card issues or issues checking out our clients. It even seems like bookings are up, as it's easier for clients to book appointments, especially without having to remember any login information.

My favorite part of using MangoMint is the ability to allow clients to look at appointments before creating an account. It is really lovely to be able to access tutorials and basic questions without being the account holder as well. The recent update for promo codes is incredibly helpful. I truly love using this software. Since working here, I have used four different software as well as some of my own practice and this is by far the best. I just wish you could add hours to a day by clicking on that day and adding. Maybe someday!

There was an adjustment period using MangoMint but not a true downside. The ability to change an ad forms as well as adding client notes is great. The only thing I would change is how you update available hours.

I debated between Mangomint and another software originally because my now previous software just wasn't doing enough for me. After a horrible onboarding experience with the other company I went back to my trial with Mangomint and spoke with their team. Their team from the very first moment made it their mission to help me in every way they could. Making another transition super easy. They followed up with me throughout the process, patiently answering all my questions and were so knowledgeable about their product. Where as the other company always gave me "I don't know, let me send that to tech support" and never reached back out. 

The software itself is phenomenal and well put together. It doesn't glitch, it runs smooth, everything makes sense. 

Having flows and marketing built in with all the customizations will be a lifesaver for me most of all. I love the client facing end as well since many can be clunky and not easy for clients. Mangomint has really seen it through that both the stylist experience and client experience is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

There are some deeper more advanced customizations I'd like to see in the future but overall there's not really anything I dislike. I haven't came across anything that I was doing with multiple softwares that I can't do with just the one.

The most important things for me have been the client profiles, flows, forms, and automation. I love the timeline. Having flows and automations makes communications easy and the marketing suite has all the necessary things to further make client communication and touch points to meet my needs in how I run my business. The only downside to Mangomint in my opinion is the difference in layout from my mobile device to a computer. I do however understand that they need to condense in different ways for the screen size difference. Easy to use for both staff and customers. The system is very clear on services allowing customers easy set up. Customer support is always available when problems arise.
