We are a very small nonprofit and the zeffy team has been great in helping us get setup with their platform. They are every responsive in their support. They offer free regular workshops to help you learn more and ask questions about how to get the most of the plateform. We were able to set up different compaigns to raise funds and we love the fact that Zeffy immediatly sends the donor receipts and creates a spreadsheet that allows us to know who donated and how much and export that into Excel. Our tiny non profit needs to be able to use every dollar that is donated, and Zeffy is the ONLY one who lets us do that. Not only do they give us the full donation, their tools and webinars have made it very simple to add links and integrate it with our Social Media pages, our Website, and I need to repeat they are so easy to use. I have made a online raffel with huge sucess, I have added a store to our web page, and I cant wait to host an event, and I am not a techy person at all. I can't sing their praises enough!! Zeffy is a platform every nonprofit should consider using. Not only is it free, but it also simplifies donation management, campaign planning, goal setting, and tracking monthly donations all in one place. At Reclaiming Hope Ranch, we switched to Zeffy because of its ease of use and the responsive technical support we receive whenever we have questions. Zeffy has taken the frustration of fees out of the equation. As a small non profit organization focused on empowering girls to be their best selves, it was hard to see thousands of dollars lost to fees every year instead of being able to invest those dollars directly back into the organization.

With an incredibly user-friendly platform, spectacular customer service and extra options we didn't even know we needed, we are able to easily implement Zeffy into all of our operational tasks. It is allowing us to connect more effectively with the public to encourage support for the organization.

Zeffy does not charge any fees for transactions. It is easy to use for us and the people using it to donate or pay for products from our online store. No transaction fees for our members/donors when collecting payments. It is very easy to use and get forms set up to collect payments for our events. We recently started using the auction feature and that was very easy to implement as well. Customer support has been helpful the few times I've needed to use them. The best thing about Zeffy is that it allows the total donation to go to our small non-profit, and we share this fact so that our donors can feel good about giving. Also I like that I can export the data record of all our donations, which has allowed me to build a donor database. A few of our donors did not realize that the optional extra payment to Zeffy was optional, and they complained that the amount was too large. The process of creating a form is very simple and allows for a lot of customization so it can look professional. Plus it seemlessly integrates onto our website so people can buy tickets without needing to click a bunch of new links. Also during the event itself it was very straight forward to get people checked in or even refund the tickets if needed. The fact that all of this is provided for free is still wild to me.
