What do you like best about Zeffy?

I love the customer service team at Zeffy; they are excellent, reply quickly, keep me informed of any troubleshooting, provide excellent training tip videos, and make important changes based on clients' feedback. It's such a relief these days! The initial setup was really easy; the help tools for creating an import file were straightforward and everything went extremely well. Plus, Zeffy has allowed us to step up our membership tracking and communicate more professionally. I also appreciate that it is $0 to use and more than one board member can access the data, making it hugely efficient. I've already promoted Zeffy in a Facebook group and love telling people about it because I think it could benefit others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeffy?

Where I see limitations that could easily be improved is their export files and reporting. Export files are clunky and seem to be individualized by category (contact or payment - why can't that be combined?). There is no unique reporting, and I know the back-end platform is HubSpot, so I believe this feature could be 'turned on' and would allow more functionality of our data. There is no good or custom reporting in Zeffy, and the current ones are clunky and create a lot of manual clean-up in order to be useful. Contact and payment exports seem extremely separate but think they could be combined, especially with the option to 'check mark' certain things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zeffy?

Zeffy’s user-friendly platform and no-cost model have been a game changer for our organization. The system is easy to navigate for both staff and donors, and its ability to sync seamlessly with our bank simplifies financial tracking and reconciliation. The QR code functionality has been especially impactful, allowing us to significantly increase donations at in-person events. What do you dislike about Zeffy?

One area for improvement is the implementation and customization of graphics. While the platform is highly functional, the visual design options are somewhat limited, which can make it challenging to fully align forms and materials with our organization’s branding. What do you like best about Zeffy?

I really love Zeffy for many reasons. What originally drew me to Zeffy was that my organization doesn't pay fees. Once I started using Zeffy, I found it super easy and intuitive. I set up a 13 item virtual auction that was easy at both the back end and the user end. We also sold tickets to an event on Zeffy and it was amazing how easy and seamless it was. I wish I'd known about Zeffy sooner.

What do you dislike about Zeffy?

The only thing I don't like is that I did not receive individual notifications of our Giving Tuesday donations. It took a few days for me to see those donations myself and it was embarrassing that I was late acknowledging the people who contributed.

What do you like best about Zeffy?

The best thing about Zeffy is that we receive 100% of our donations, something truly invaluable for a nonprofit like ours. Zeffy also makes it incredibly easy to create fundraisers, auctions, and customized sponsorship levels. The platform is simple, efficient, and has made managing our fundraising efforts so much easier. I have used Zeffy for a year now, and I wouldn't use anything else. What do you like best about Zeffy?

Zeffy is not only easy and intuitive to use for a variety of events, but it is also completely free for non-profits. When I first discovered it, I was skeptical and wondered if it might be a scam. However, after using it for a year, I can confidently say it is legitimate. The website is excellent—simple for us to manage on the back end, and it appears to be just as user-friendly for our community. We have not received any negative feedback about it. What do you dislike about Zeffy?

What do you like best about Zeffy?

Zeffy is an amazing platform. I have used this platform for fundraising campaigns for a community nonprofit that I am involved with. The ease of the website, walking me through each and every step was amazing, and just so simple to use. We had a very successful campaign because of Zeffy and being able to promote on our social media. I cannot say enough about Zeffy. Our organization appreciated the reporting options and verifications sent to the donors. I appreciated the tutorials and offers for personalized guidance to implement the program. What do you like best about Zeffy?

I find Zeffy streamlined and easy to use, which is great for our nonprofit as it's also free for us. Their approach of making service fees discretionary for the consumer is thoughtful. What I appreciate most is how user-friendly Zeffy is, clearly designed by folks who understand nonprofit needs. The check-in manager is particularly useful since I can send the link directly to any volunteer without the hassle of sharing usernames and passwords. Also, the initial setup was incredibly simple, taking less than 30 minutes. It's easy to integrate Zeffy campaigns with our website, social media, and email through Constant Contact. I love that Zeffy is free for our nonprofit school, which is a huge benefit since every penny counts for us. The reporting features are excellent, making it easy to track multiple campaigns from various donors simultaneously. I truly appreciate the user-friendly interface that the design team has crafted, making it simple to launch and monitor the progress of campaigns. Some of our customers have been confused about the 'tip' option, by which Zeffy is funded. It's not always clear to them that that is optional. Zeffy could make it clearer, when someone is donating to one of our campaigns, that the suggested tip amount, for Zeffy, is only a suggestion and not a requirement. What do you like best about Zeffy?

I like that Zeffy is more than just a donation platform; it offers donor management tools as well. I appreciate that it's free for us AND for our donors. It's user-friendly and visually appealing, and the customer service is great! I almost feel like I'm part of a community with Zeffy, and that's really nice! I appreciate that the Zeffy platform is always evolving. I've had an account for almost a year now and have seen multiple new features and improvements in that time - another reason I feel invested: if I have an idea for improvement or a problem with an existing service, I can share and there's a good chance it will get directly addressed! We switched to Zeffy from multiple other scattered products, each of which we had because of one or a couple of specific features. It's been GREAT to streamline into a platform that has all the pros and none of the cons I've been able to find in our previous products! The initial setup was brilliantly easy -- a dream, a delight -- and our general donation page looks better than any of our previous ones did. Can you believe I'm actually looking forward to sending tax letters in January because for the first time I won't have to look in 5-6 different places to gather accurate donor info at the end of the year??
