What do you like best about Yardi Breeze?

I like how organized I am with the program and how the dashboard is a great overview for all the essential parts needed like Unpaid AP and AR totals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze?

The one thing I do not like is how hard it is to make a change to a transaction. Once you save a deposit or a payment you have to delete it first in order to change it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

However, we will acknowledge that the tenant ledger is a unique feature in real estate accounting software that is not present in basic accounting software. Additionally, there are many things Breeze can do for property managers on the accounting side that cannot be done in other playforms. The price also factors in marketing, leasing, operations, communications, reporting and other time-saving automations. Now that Breeze Premier is only $1 per unit per month for residential units when bundled with resident screening and insurance, as well as the fact we have eliminated ACH transfer fees, the price point is truly unprecendented in this industry. We hope that provides at least some rationale for the pricing!

Rent Cafe is confusing and not great. Also, a pretty big time gap from when tenants pay online to when it hits our bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze?

It is easy to make payments after AP IRs have been approved. Tenant statements are attached directly to the tenant ledger once generated. Images of checks disbursed are an added resource to the IRs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze?

Chat Feature - it takes away from the human element of talking through a scenario, it take more time to write your questions and answers that to just speak your question, thought or theory. Very few respresentatives offer to share the screen to make the experience for effective.

IR Adjustments - the update to this feature is poor. You have to scroll down on the IR to change from EFT to Check and then scroll back up to change from invoice to adjustment.

Job Cost - is very difficult to enter budget adjustments, reclass payables and to enter retainage at different levels. The retainage is 10% or not, as we all know in this field, this is paid or retain at different percentages based on the completion of the job or a related contract. Paying out the retainage is difficult as well.

Velocity limits are difficult to manage when you are a mid-size client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze?

What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze?

It' not very intuitive and makes you redo many steps when it comes to the waitlist. Customer Service often doesn't know how to fix things and I have to follow-up mutliple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yardi Breeze incorporates much of the robust functionality of Voyager in a more streamlined package, ideal for smaller CRE owners, operators, and managers.
