Having used QuickBooks before, I find Yardi Breeze more tailored for commercial property management, offering specific management functions that QuickBooks lacked. I think bill pay reports need to be sent when a payment wasn't able to process. It's frustrating because unless I actually go to the payment, I can't see it. It would be helpful to have a special place to see the bill pay that didn't go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found setting up Yardi Breeze challenging as an accountant because it wasn't super simple for me to grasp initially, although I eventually managed it. I also dislike the 'post month' feature, and I would prefer if it were removed.
