The best part about Yardi Breeze is the eaze of use. The software is intuitive and easy to walk yourself through. It is simply laid out and provides helpful tools to make the life of a property manager less-complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it is helpful to have a customer support chat box available, it seems that their support workers do not always know how to help with some issues. Additionally, I have found it frustrating that they do not offer phone support for free (you are charged additionally for this) and that they do not offer support/trouble shooting directly to the tenants/end users when they need help with their Rent Cafe accounts. I find it very useful to have custom data with each tenant file, as this allows me to keep track of all items replaced in a unit by date. I find it easy to navigate through tenant files, apply payments and keep track of tenant payments and billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yardi Breeze to me is so much easier than Voyager. I think it take less steps to get to where you need to go. I love the fact that I am able to adjust my home page to fit my need with the Dashboard settings, favorites and quick links. I love that the help center is very detailed and that I can sign up for live training classes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly I can't think of anything. Anytime I or any one in my organization has ever had an issue with Yardi it was always resolved in the chat. They always communicate everything they are doing and even let us know if they have to take it offline to get assistance from their team. I love the transparency. I have nothing to dislike about breeze... I used other platforms before and by far Yardi is my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recently started using Yardi Premier Breeze and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. This software is incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who had no prior experience with it. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it a breeze to navigate.
What's even better is the extensive help center that Yardi provides. The training manuals are incredibly helpful and have allowed me to quickly get up to speed. I appreciate how Yardi has invested in their customer support team as well. They are quick to respond and always offer helpful solutions to any issues I may have.

The web based system is easy to use and navigate. The fact that is web based and available from anywhere that you can access the internet is great. The ability to add nearly unlimited custom data to the variety of objects throughout the system such as tenants and vendors is very useful. The customer service is preety available and helpful. There are no integration tools to be able to extract data beyond a limited ad hoc report writer. Pricing is on a per unit basis and we use units to track common area square footage, so paying to have such a unit would not make sense. CAM recoveries is fairly basic and does not handle more complex CAM recovery situations such as caps on percentage changes without a manual calculation and work around. There is no comprehensive Lease Detail report that includes price per square foot, charge history, lease term, move-in date, and other information all on one report as there had been in their prior desktop software. The implementation support starts immediately even though I did not start the implementation for 30 days as I was waiting for the prior Property Manager to get me the information. This caused the support to end far before I had all of the information to set it up. While the delay was not Yardi's fault, they could have started the support from the day I started uploading information rather than from the day I purchased. This is causing me to learn by trial and error as the training classes are at set times and there are not recordings to watch on demand which makes it difficult to get caught up.
