The best thing about Workvivo for me is the features we mainly use it for employee engagement purposes and the interface of it very easy to use. It helps to make interactions more easier with the team mates and colleagues as it has options like polls and survey's. The feature of #hashtag is something i find very amusing and its a thing which we all use more in every post nowadays. I like that we're able to celebrate our company's wins within the company. You don't have to give out your own personal social media handles so there's still that separation from work and home. You're able able to share work-related thoughts and appreciation towards your employees. As a "cabin cree member-to-be", I really appreciate the fact that Workvivo exists because it is a very enjoyable way to break the ice and have a not-so-sudden initial contact with your colleagues and with the enterprise. It also gives you that sense of belonging that you sort of crave at the beginning of your working experience, as the app allows you to join the rest of the community in order to be updated of all the news.
