
I really like how incredibly easy Blink is to set up initially, even with our wide user base. Everyone could fully update it without any difficulties, regardless of their skill level. Also, the social features fill a gap we had with previous intranet platforms, providing the ability to communicate and post updates, which was something completely new for us. We used to rely heavily on chain emails for social interactions, but now Blink gives us an outlet for posting social events or non-business-related updates, which is nice. Moreover, the knowledge base has been great for storing all our policies and procedures in one place, and it's accessible anywhere, which is a huge plus. Using Blink is simple, without the need for any HTML knowledge, unlike other intranets where things were much more complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the search feature was pretty good although sometimes even, yeah, depending on what you were searching for, might just get way too many results, and then it's hard to drill down and find the one that you want maybe by time frame or anything else like that. The only thing that maybe could have been a little bit better is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
