**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I love that Workvivo facilitates communication between us, which also allows us to learn what's happening elsewhere in the company. It's an engine that works well for us on a professional level, allowing us to post articles and know the news within the company. For me, it's excellent. The initial setup was quite easy on our side.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I would say that sometimes, for viewing people's profiles, it might be a bit more difficult to be able to see them. And also, we have a lot of different tabs, so you have to go page by page to clear the blue dots. We could perhaps have an option in the tab, like clicking a button that marks everything as read, because sometimes we have already seen certain news on a tab, but it appears as if we haven't seen them.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo solves communication problems between departments and allows for publishing articles and staying informed about news within the company. I appreciate the ease of communication and the ability to learn what's happening elsewhere in the company.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I like that Workvivo is a very easy-to-use platform and it highlights the different business units that we have within RSK Group. I enjoy reading all of the articles made up on the platform, and it's a very good read. The initial setup of Workvivo was pretty easy; it didn't take long, and I find it quite useful and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I do feel there's a lack of interaction from the majority of our business units. There are a few super users, but there are lots of people that don't participate. So we need to increase engagement from our colleagues.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workvivo to stay updated with what's happening across different departments, and it's great for reading articles that keep me informed of current best practices.

What I like most about Workvivo is how it makes communication feel more personal and connected. **What do you like best about Workvivo?**

It's a clean interface and makes it easy to post mass communications to our team members, when the majority don't have work-issued computers. Most use their phones and Workvivo's app is very user friendly. There's also tons of options for translations as we have a diverse employee-base. Our CSM Caroline is amazing as well!

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

There is a lack of ease for some automations (there are some but all done via SFTP or API and not in-system), however, Workvivo is constantly working on new product releases and listening to their customers. To my understanding my ask of automations for spaces for several months (along with a few other customers) was what ultimately led to their initial development of it.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and ease of communication. We had a big problem with employees not feeling like the company was communicating well, and Workvivo has helped fill that hole significantly. If there are still any issues with communication it's more on our company and our communication skills now more than a lack of a strong software.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I like the interface of Workvivo; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use. You can easily find all the manuals and guides on the left and news on the right, which means you don’t have to do a lot of clicks just to access something. I also appreciate how it keeps me informed about everything, like company news, events, and resources. It's handy for reviewing certifications and staying updated with all the Human Resources documentation. Workvivo keeps all important documents in one space and allows real-time updates for the entire corporation. The setup was pretty easy. The HR team welcomed us with a post, making it feel simple to begin using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I would say that it has so many things in one place, on the front screen we see employees' family assistant, upcoming events, stock quotes, information from the cybersecurity team, links, the last post of the company on LinkedIn, explore careers, and then all the links for all HR forms. Yes, to keep it more organized, just using other methods to display the information that way it doesn’t become too overwhelming. Pretty easy to use, however too much info.

I use Workvivo to share news, give shout-outs, and access documents. It keeps documents updated for the whole team in real time and notifies employees with shout-outs.

The interface is incredibly intuitive because it mimics the "social media" experience we are already used to (like IG, LinkedIn, or FB), which means there is almost no learning curve. I particularly appreciate the employee recognition (shout-out) features and the mobile app experience. It bridges the gap between desk-based teams & field teams effectively, ensuring everyone feels part of the same culture regardless of their physical location.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

While the social feed is great, the search functionality can sometimes be frustrating when trying to locate older, specific documents or static resources that aren't news. Additionally, the notifications can get overwhelming if not managed strictly, making it easy to miss critical operational updates amidst the social noise. A bit more robust categorization for "must-read" vs. "nice/good-to-read" content would be an improvement.

It solves the problem of siloed communication and low employee engagement. Before Workvivo, email blasts were often ignored, and we lacked a central "digital heart" for the company. Workvivo has centralized our internal communications, making leadership updates feel more personal and accessible. It benefits me by providing a single source of truth for company news while fostering a genuine sense of community through peer-to-peer recognition."

I really appreciate how Workvivo facilitates casual employee interactions, similar to social media but within our company framework. It helps our employees interact with each other through post reactions and comments, showing involvement and fostering engagement. As managers, it's beneficial for us to appreciate good work and boost the morale of new employees working on different projects. Everyone on our team can post work updates and share experiences on the platform, allowing us to give feedback based on various projects and events in the organization. Plus, the initial setup of Workvivo was quite smooth and easy.

It is just like another social media app so some of the employees don't use it at all. That's why we are not able to get their experiences and feedback regarding different events happening in our company.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I use Workvivo for work, and it helps me keep in touch with company updates and to see my schedules. My schedules are always up to date, and I get company updates in real-time. My HR updates my work schedules 2 months in advance, and it helps me make plans and fit into my schedule. There is a general company page where we receive updates and share ideas, allowing me to do that and give feedback in time. I've had a very smooth and easy experience with the initial setup of Workvivo. It's very user-friendly. I haven't experienced any problems since I started using Workvivo, and it works perfectly for me at the moment. I rate it a 10 out of 10 and believe it is a very good tool.

Nothing at all. I have no complaints.

I’m notified only about what I’m mentioned in without any spam, which I find valuable. The setup was also easy as I just logged in with the login my work provided.

The use of groups doesn’t work as well. They just offer the same content as the main feed; they don’t seem necessary, and group chats are more effective.

I love using Workvivo for communication as it allows me to get organizational news all in one go. The ability to give shout-outs to recognized individuals helps me create a bond within the team and ensures recognition goes to the right person who deserves it. Additionally, I appreciate the features that allow me to participate in surveys for year-end goodies and gifts, and I can easily check the results for recognition and reward winners. Workvivo makes me feel connected, almost like I'm working from the office, which is invaluable for maintaining a cohesive work environment. The initial setup of Workvivo was awesome and easy, and I find that everything about the platform is fabulous, with no changes needed.

I dislike how we have to authenticate ourselves every time we log into Workday through Outlook, but it is understandable.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I use Workvivo to share my work achievements, customer feedback, travel moments with colleagues, and to endorse team members for their values. I also rely on Workvivo for its space feature, which allows me to find the latest supplier list and HRM information without any worry about changes. The spaces feature is great as it lets me add space for specific people based on interest, which is amazing. I like the option to endorse people for the values they follow right on their profile without making announcements, and others can still see it. This provides a convenient way to encourage people. I always enjoy solving puzzles, and the daily Wordle puzzle is a delightful way to start my day with a problem-solving approach.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

User engagement is not that good. Should do something to attract a larger percentage of employees to the platform, so it feels like an inclusive platform and not the platform for selected people. We should be able to invite people via email to engage in posts. People who are actively engaged should get badges, the badges are there but it should be more. The spaces should be shown more often to new users, so they can join them and engage early.

It’s easy to use and doesn’t feel like another corporate tool. Its social mediaa style feed makes company updates more engaging and interesting.  

Biggest upside is that it is an alternative to long emails and scattered messages. Especially when i joined as a new joiner - I could pick it up quickly without much guidance

There isn’t as much customization as I wanted. It takes a while for teams to build the habit of using it daily. Come to think of it, Search could be better, especially when trying to find older updates.

Makes work interesting and less boring - given that it follows a social media style. Our company uses it to nominate people who are most aligned with our CORE values - which again increases the engagement and makes recognition more visible. Besides, people use it to give shoutouts to others as well - which is like a public applause.

However, most benefit I get is that because I work hybrid- workvivo solves the problem of me [and may be others] feeling disconnected in a hybrid setup.

While trying to make it easy for users and simplify for non-programming admins (I assume) some features have been overlooked, or some functionalities
The templates to be inserted in the pages don't always work well or respond to commands
The AI feature is not well thought out when being integrated, and you have to add each article individually and manually to the AI database. So basically, you get it but from then on you have to by hand tick everything you have created before that moment, or else it will have no info and be pretty much useless. 
Constrained Survey capabilities
The integration with TEAMS, that's our main work tool, is poor. Not very visual or easy to link for everyday users, and have limits to only share posts and not news, for example

Easy to use, I like the way the site is layered.  What I mean is that there are  Hubs, the US hub, Canada Hub, etc. and I can go to my Hub and from there I can select I'm going to call them cards for what section or department I need.  Everything is a click away and laid out so I can easily find it.

I wouldn't say dislike, more things that just take time to get used to.  For example the things I like about Workvivo, the layers, the Hubs, the cards, at first I disliked it because it was new and it was a change.  However, after a quick run through and using it myself I find that I like it.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I use Workvivo to access my company apps, messages, and communications all conveniently in one place, which solves the problem of not knowing where to find things. I really like how logging in once gives me access to all my apps rather than having to log in to each app individually. This feature makes it extremely easy to access everything, saving me a lot of time in the morning. The initial setup was very easy, and once I had access and created my account, the process was seamless. Overall, I've had very positive experiences.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I think sometimes things load a little slowly. Also, maybe the home page where we receive notifications and communications could be a little cleaner. Sometimes it is hard to see info clearly.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workvivo to access all my company apps and communications easily. It solves the problem of finding things by having everything in one place. I love logging in once to access all apps, saving time each morning.

Programme area updates and organisational information updates.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

That I need to access it to view the feed, I would prefer that it is my homepage as I log onto my work account.
I feel as a staff intranet page, WorkVivo should be the homepage on sign-in.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform aids me to share posts to colleagues, that are relevant to my area of work but my assist in their area of work too.
Posts are easy to implement, but the audience availability is not easy to access, with limited administration rights.
I don't access the platform daily, as I have to remember to go onto to Work Vivo to review any updates.
I find I view the platform more on phone, whilst commuting to and from work.
Integration is easy, but again the choice of audience for a post can be limited and this may be due to Administrator settings.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I really appreciate that Workvivo's format is similar to social media platforms, which makes it relatable to most of our teams and has led to better engagement. Workvivo has significantly improved communications across our entire network, enhancing connectivity between the corporate office and store teams, and curating information to remove message clutter. Additionally, the setup process was well supported by the Workvivo team, who provided great knowledgeable support.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The chat functionality would be great if it more closely mimicked WhatsApp, especially the message edit function. Also, we need to better integrate our tech stack.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo improves communication across our network, connects corporate and store teams, and curates information to reduce message clutter.

Workvivo allows me to always stay informed about company events, notices, and activities. It is a very visual and accessible tool, so I can review the latest posts quickly and comfortably.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes notifications do not arrive uniformly, and that can cause an important update to go unnoticed.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve the lack of connection between teams and departments. Thanks to Workvivo, I can see initiatives, achievements, and activities across the entire company, which improves the atmosphere and sense of belonging.

One of the main strengths of this platform is how well it supports informal peer-to-peer communication and collaboration. Its intuitive, user-friendly interface makes it easy to use and encourages regular participation. I’ve found that it helps build a more connected workplace culture, making it easier to share company updates and celebrate team achievements. The platform also promotes employee engagement by offering social interaction and recognition features that bring people together.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The absence of a dedicated mobile app makes it difficult to access the platform while on the go. Integration with major social media platforms is also quite limited, which restricts how easily I can share or connect content. I think the notification settings could be more customizable to better suit individual preferences. It would also be great to see more interactive features, such as polls and surveys, to boost engagement. Additionally, the platform could improve its multimedia sharing options, as well as enhance its search functionality to make locating previous posts more straightforward.

Workvivo addresses several key challenges in the workplace. For employee recognition and appreciation, it offers a dedicated platform where both team and individual achievements can be celebrated.
