What do you like best about Workday?

I've been using Workday for the past five years. The platform is very user-friendly, and there are a ton of features that Workday can offer. I currently use Workday for recruiting and HR functions. I also use it to review my personal details, including time off and payroll. Workday sends great communication from customer support when there are platform issues and they send updates when the issues are corrected. I haven't been on the implementation side but others in my company have and say it's easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday?

I would like the ability to create my own reports. I'd like to see where you can choose the categories needed and apply filters. Right now, our HRIS team has to do it because it's complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday?

Workday is very user friendly and the UI has numerous features for Human Resource management. The support which workday gives is excellent. Workday helps in maintaining and enhancing the Human Resources management, Finance Management with less inputs from user and more features. Workday really helped me in improving my skill for Workday Integrations and also helped to integrate with multiple 3rd party applications using the Workday Webservices API. What do you like best about Workday?

Workday is an extremely User Friendly and versatile ERP system. With a few upgrades to the base system we've found this to be our one time shop for all things ERP, Consolidated Financials and, HR Platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although it is a great overall producut. There is still a goo investment in time, money, and training for the whole staff. once it's up and running it's off and going though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday?

Workday is one site with in it we have multiple Apps to use, Submitting time sheet is easy way and also Completing the Required training from my learning on time with in due date, able to see compensation data and apprisal history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday?

What I like best about Workday is that it contains a lot of information that is needed for my everyday job. Through Workday, I'll be able to check the name of employee that is related to our company, how long they've been with us, who is his direct report and interest. I'll be able to have a glimpse of employees information. In addition, we are able to access through Learning our training courses which help us to improve professionally. As a team manager, I often use this. I check it on a daily basis as part of my report. It is easy to navigate for information that you usually use. What do you dislike about Workday?

What I dislike about Workday, at times, I am not able to see the correct list of my associates. The training that I have completed with dates. Maybe, I am not able to navigate Workday thoroughly yet that is why I am having these challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday Talent Management?

What do you like best about Workday?

I have used Workday across several roles in my career and have experienced roles that do not use Workday and the difference is always immediately felt. Workday provides excellent tools to monitor and review my staff's time management as well as stay on top of career progression, training and most importantly setting goals for the year. From this, I am able to more adequately review my staff's progress and address areas of concern and ensure they are achieving their targets of career development. I also use workday to provide reports for payroll and update employee details however my main focus is staff management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday?

We do get regular reports that the scrape ability of the site is below expectations with applicants having to enter the same details constantly for various roles. Knowing the work around for this (a simple plain text file to autofill the page) I believe many arent aware of this solution so it should be promoted more on the Workday site. What do you like best about Workday?

Workday is one of the best cloud-based employee management portals I have come across. It has one of the easiest to use platform with an amazing user interface. Workday is a complete human resources management system where you can manage employees' personal as well as professional information. I use it minimum 3 times a week. With workday I have been able to update all my personal information like address, phone number, as well as my professional information like my work experience, skill set, etc. This information can be accessed by almost anyone at the organization making it easier for everyone. Workday also has a mobile app which makes it easier to be connected. It helps me a lot with my logins & reviews while also helping me in tracking and managing my payroll.
