She is highly responsive and helps to quickly identify the resources that can help us with our varied requests. All have been very knowledgeable in their areas and have provided invaluable support when we really needed it. Everyone at Surety is friendly and easy to work with. We are extremely happy to have them as a partner. **What do you dislike about Surety Systems?** We did briefly have one consultant who was not very flexible, but upon informing Alex, she helped us find another consultant who was able to work with us as needed. From a management standpoint, their JDE Director is highly responsive and makes it a point to keep up to date with her understanding of our priorities and our continual efforts to flex as business changes and grows. **What do you dislike about Surety Systems?** I honestly can't think of anything that warrants sharing. In the very rare instance anything that could even remotely be considered a dislike has come up, it has been worked through quickly with concise transparent communication that resulted in mutual understanding. **Recommendations to others considering Surety Systems:** Seize the opportunities presented to build a solid relationship with the person managing your account. Realizing that consulting fees are expensive, Surety is in line with other agencies and have provided excellent resources for our projects. **Recommendations to others considering Surety Systems:** I would recommend defining the business need and timeline when discussing with the Surety team. Their consultants came in and immediately added value to our existing team, integrated into our culture perfectly, and were great to work with. **What do you dislike about Surety Systems?** The cost was a little higher than some other vendors we spoke to, but ultimately we made the decision that the quality of their consultants made up for the higher price. **Recommendations to others considering Surety Systems:** The delivery / leadership team at Surety are able consult with our sales & delivery teams to tailor the solution to the opportunity.
