I like the intuitive performance dashboard in Workday Talent Management. It makes setting annual goals easier and tracking my progress visually very clear and straightforward, which simplifies the whole review season. The software centralizes my entire feedback in one secure place, ensuring complete transparency regarding my performance metrics. Additionally, integrating it with Microsoft 365 and Outlook allows syncing my performance goals and getting automated calendar reminders for review deadlines directly in my inbox. The initial onboarding was straightforward, with Single Sign-On making access easy.

**What do you dislike about Workday Talent Management?**

The user interface can feel clunky and unintuitive. It often requires too many clicks through multiple menus just to find a specific evaluation form or update a simple goal.

**What do you like best about Workday Talent Management?**

I appreciate how Workday Talent Management allows us to track annual performance metrics and employee progress effectively. It makes it easy to organize groups based on manager hierarchy, which helps divide work among HRBPs. The tool's integration with Workday HCM is valuable, as it enables us to draw in data, including demographic information, to better support employee development. I find it helpful that it updates instantly with major changes to employee profiles like promotions or job transfers. Using qualifying data like job levels aids in estimating employee positions within the organization. The initial setup was very easy with the help of a third-party consultant authorized by Workday.

**What do you dislike about Workday Talent Management?**

I think how to use it is a little mysterious. A lot of research was needed on my part to figure out how to use and optimize available features. It's not super intuitive. A few popups if you hover over it or an easy way to chat support right away would be extremely helpful.

I use Workday Talent Management to track employee performance and career progress, standardizing talent development across the company. It streamlines organizing by manager hierarchy, updates instantly with employee changes, and uses HCM data to enhance career growth strategies.

Workday is a stable and scalable system, but from a recruiter and candidate point of view, that’s about the only good thing I can say about it.

Everything. Why do I need to create a login and register every time I apply to a different company? Where is the unified platform? Also, why do I have to re-enter my experience when it’s already on my resume, and it doesn’t parse well into the application?

Workday is great for big businesses. You can take care of Onboarding and Organize employees nice and neatly. Take care of progress  and quality reports, time tracking, check stubs, and even how the payroll goes out .

It makes you change your password to often. This caused me to have to keep it written down somewhere in my office.

Workday is very user friendly and the UI has numerous features for Human Resource management. The support which workday gives is excellent. Workday also supports features to integrate with various 3rd party vendor applications for seamless data exchange and HR Management.

There are no much dislikes about Workday. But it still can improve the performance so that Reports and Integrations can run much faster.

Workday helps in maintaining and enhancing the Human Resources management, Finance Management with less inputs from user and more features. Workday really helped me in improving my skill for Workday Integrations and also helped to integrate with multiple 3rd party applications using the Workday Webservices API.

**What do you like best about Workday Talent Management?**

What I like best about Workday is that it contains a lot of information that is needed for my everyday job. Through Workday, I'll be able to check the name of employee that is related to our company, how long they've been with us, who is his direct report and interest. I'll be able to have a glimpse of employees information. In addition, we are able to access through Learning our training courses which help us to improve professionally. As a team manager, I often use this. I check it on a daily basis as part of my report. It is easy to navigate for information that you usually use. During our training, we found it easy to integrate with our line of business and easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Workday Talent Management?**

What I dislike about Workday, at times, I am not able to see the correct list of my associates. The training that I have completed with dates. Maybe, I am not able to navigate Workday thoroughly yet that is why I am having these challenges.

Workday helps me to solve some of my daily issues such as looking for employee and who is their direct report, which sites they belong so I can directly provide immediate feedback, support if needed. I'd able to check their designation as well.

The navigation is not the most intuitive and occasionally you can get to a screen through a couple routes but will see different info depending which route you take.

We use this Workday for storing the employee information’s, such personal details, previous employment details and contact details. It helps to track the goal setting to yearly appraisal feedback. we can easily be able to track the compensation revisions history as well. it is highly secured website. it requires password + additional two security questions to login. this ensures the additional safety of the data. easy to track the request made to HR. It provides learning solution as we are getting many learning course in this workday.

no major cons about Workday. it would be better improve smooth user interface.

It's a beast of a program that's easy to get lost in. There are many features our company uses spanning HR performance management, org charts, goals, and learning courses.

Workday works without any issues. Managing performance goals is easy. The referral portal is also ok ( not the best). Also, it I receive essential notifications regarding some workflow actions from employers. It was a very useful tool during my onboarding activities.

I think a few systems can be improved. The job referral system is not user-friendly. It's not intuitive to find open positions and submit referrals. Few other workflows like Performance tracking need some improvement in User experiences.

The search functionality can be a little confusing. Sometimes I am searching for a person and the results provided are a number of processes rather than people.

With previous suites, navigation was quite difficult, especially when completing mid-year and end-of-year reviews. Workday makes things so streamlined so I can navigate both my own personal reviews and those of associates.

Workday can be tricky to navigate since there are many tabs and places to find information. It's not that descriptive, so sometimes I click on many places to get to something.

It is a place for everything HR related. I can find all of my backend details regarding pay, benefits and performance. I've loved using Workday to go through the hiring process for myself and in the role of hiring another teammate.

Though it's interface is user-friendly, the system in itself sometimes seems complex to use. The learning curve is high and requies proper training to make the most of the product.

**What do you like best about Workday Talent Management?**

Best part about it is that the employer and the employee can both use it together and the benefits linked with a position can directly go into workday benefits. I use it frequently to refer my friends on open positions from the talent pool. I also use it to add my skills and I can search for relevant skills within the company portal relatively easily.

**What do you dislike about Workday Talent Management?**

Nothing that I dislike about it so far. When I compare with the previous tools that my company has used, the only fact I disliked back then was a comprehensive end to end talent management. Everything was in pieces and workday has solved that problem well.

This software allows us to add new positions that are open and show it to the internal and external world. At the same time, we allow employees to refer their friends for relevant positions. The software also allows us to take and filter from a pool of talent that has applied and a simple interface allows us to go through the hiring process. We can also add skills in workday and filter our employees on the basis of it. Everything is at one place.

We used to use different platforms for recruitment, time off, performance reviews, etc. but now it's all in one place which helps streamline everything. It's also much more user-friendly than Bamboo HR, which we previously used.

**What do you dislike about Workday Talent Management?**

The organization chart isn't the best from a birds-eye perspective. You need to look up a specific employee by name to see what team they're on. I wish there was a better chart view.
