The willingness of the Customer Success/Support team to help you succeed in using Whatfix. They have always been very responsive to questions and the frequent client calls are good for building a client-supplier relationship.

The available (original) analytics features were not providing us with the data that we required for our internal KPIs. The CSM team tried their best with offering a tailored Excel solution to solve this matter, however ideally this would have been included in the product.
Due to the wide variety of features in customising pieces of content/flows, the workflows could "break" easily when certain tags etc. were not set correctly. It could often take quite some time to figure out what the exact issue was, making it less easy to use.
The client-supplier relationship might benefit from more continuity in terms of the responsible CSM for the account. Over the course of the last 15 months, we've had 4 different CSM's. I understand that there might be varying reasons for this, and the general support has been good, however it always takes a bit of time to get up to speed with a new CSM. Lots of stuff we want to do out of the box requires Whatfix CS interaction and solutioning. But they are getting better as the product matures.

Whatfix helps me to make sure the end users use the application in a correct way. With Whatfix, I can use beacons to make sure the end users see what's new, and I can immediately tell them more about this new feature. With flows I can make sure the end users know which steps they need to do to complete a certain task. In the beginning, it can be a bit much, because you have a lot of Whatfix Tools, and you can use many role and page tags, which can be a bit complicated. But once you've had the Whatfix training, it is quite easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
