What do you like best about Whatfix?

Very easy to implement and the best thing is the response time from customer support. Customization options are way better compared to other adoption tools in the market. Another helpful feature was the integration with major LMS platforms like Freshdesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I like best is they are very responsive. Any bug gets attended to immediately, any feature request is seriously considered, and customization is immediately worked upon. It is a pleasure working with the Whatfix team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

What I dislike is there are still quite a few things that cannot be done by the content creator and hence there is a certain amount of dependency on the Whatfix team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Being able to build a "flow" (walk-through) and exporting it to multiple outputs (in-app, PDF, and video) for further editing and resourcing. Versioning allows us to quickly make updates to our documentation when our release changes. It's a great tool that saves time and makes content development efficient. What do you like best about Whatfix?

The Whatfix application is fairly easy to use, but we enlisted the help of their professional services team to help us get started as we didn't have the time or resources to implement it effectively. The cost of the engagement has been more than worth it - the customer success and professional services teams have been top-notch and have implemented a group of widgets that help our users get help right when & where they need it. What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The only thing I would wish for is maybe a few more options for styling of the widgets, otherwise I've got no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing Whatfix, we had very simple (and somewhat buried) help options for our users. Benefits are still being realized, but we've been able to track & analyze what users are actually using and shift the method of delivering help to best address their needs. We also didn't used to have a way to survey our users and with Whatfix, we've now run a very simple NPS survey that's been very helpful & enlightening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

There are still some things in development, but I do not see that as a compleye "dislike" it just requires a little more time for integration, which can throw off your release date if you have things fix. But even in that situation, they are fast and try to minimize the gap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The items that I like best about Whatfix is how easy it is to create content. The process is intuitive and doesn't require a technical background. The capture and assign process makes the user experience great. The customizable widgets are an excellent touch to enhance and bring the user experience to life. What do you dislike about Whatfix?

There's not too much to dislike, however the one thing I would simplify would be the extension installation process. While it's not difficult to install, at first glance it looks intimidating but with the great Whatfix support team, the process became easier with each installation. Our organization was looking for a tool to support the users of our Salesforce application when it comes to executing key functions. Our users were tired of inconsistent one pagers and poorly created video instructions. With Whatfix were able to create quality tutorials which can be extracted and turned into PDF's and videos.
