I have been working with the team at Whatfix for a number of months now and the teams support is absolutely fantastic, they are a pleasure to work with. The product is excellent, really well designed and very intuitive. Particular thanks to Nishant and Sagnik who are always on hand to help and provide guidance whenever required and are always welcoming with any suggestions to new features. Nothing to highlight at the moment its really simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the features I extensively use are user onboard popups, notification popups, self-help videos, flows, and view knowledge base articles. Whatfix is user-friendly, and its release notes keep users updated with the latest features. The best part is that a user can access training when they need it in the application they work. This tool has saved us time. It also helps you to understand how your employees engage and where they struggle in turn helping you create better learning. The whatfix support team is excellent and is always quick in responding and resolving any issues. Nothing. I have always got the best from whatfix and its team. It is a wonderful experience working on whatfix and using its features. We have given numerable feature requests and each of them has been resolved and we have successfully implemented. We started with two accounts and now we are almost closer to six. They do not do a hard sale. They are honest about the capabilities of their solution. The people are fantastic to work for, and the customer service and response is better than I've ever encountered in this industry. They are truly invested in my success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. I have not been disappointed. There is nothing I can say that I dislike about this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I liked best about Whatfix is the walkthroughs that you can create within your application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There wasn't much that I disliked but the main problem we had was flows breaking because of "user error" and then having to start over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Support is excellent, very responsive and helpful
The Whatfix tool is very flexible and can handle many complex scenarios
The Whatfix tool is continuing to evolve with new features
We are currently using Whatfix to help train our users how to use our product, we typically use flows, beacons and popups to achieve this. At this time Whatfix is primarily being used by our Product team to introduce new features to our users but we hope to expand the usage to other areas of our team like Implementation and Training.
The Whatfix tool is very capable and flexible and so far has been able to achieve all goals we have set for it. We have set up a combination of popups and flows to train users how to use our new report creation tool which has a steep learning curve and are impressed how many users have completed the flow in a short period of time. Some of our more complex flows required engineering support to build and while we we were successfully able to achieve our objective it was not 100% clear how it was done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy creating walkthroughs that can guide users through our CRM system. Nice admin backend. Task List is very useful for onboarding; Analytics is powerful to see the user's progress and train them on point.
The support of Whatfix is their most important strength. Bugs are fixed very fast time; adoptions are done each quarter. As a whatfix admin, you also can talk with tech team for additional features directly. As Whatfix is always updated and new features are added is was a very good decision to go with Whatfix. As all of those tools have their problems it's nothing special about Whatfix, to dislike.
Browser addin is needed to run the application - will have to compete with salesforce on board pathes in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatfix is extremely easy to use, minimum IT team intervention required, users perceive the value immediately. Another thing I like a lot is the close work they generate with you, and everyone is aware and onboard on all the things the team is helping you to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some features that I expected to be done automatically, and we had to do some manually work to get the right setup regarding our uses case, which was to deploy most of our training through whatfix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
