Key benefits:
The support team and engineering teams are outstanding - responsive, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Literally, second-to-none!
Ability to automate/semi-automate Guided walkthroughs (Flows)
Whatfix is a vendor that listens to their client, understands their business challenges, and works with them to achieve their goals
Feature enhancements are released every quarter, often with significant functionality improvements
Whatfix always welcomes and takes action on client feedback which helps to drive the product roadmap

There's nothing I particularly dislike about Whafix.
The Dashboard (Administration Console) is sometimes a little clunky in some areas, but nothing causes any significant pain. Still, I've been working with Whatfix constantly over the past few years on many platform enhancements to make it a more efficient and effective experience for Content Creators and end-users alike. The WhatFix solution incorporates directly into Salesforce for a good user engagement. The support team is always available and willing to hop on a call to discuss any issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a language barrier that can sometimes feel overwhelming. While the staff all uses English well, they speak very quickly and do not seem to understand when we ask them to slow down. Otherwise, they are most helpful and upbeat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see more control around embedding images, gifs, and video within individual guides. I would also like to see more advanced customization options—in the end WhatFix provided me with exactly what I wanted for styling, but I wish the options just existed—Pendo and Walkme have more flexibility in terms of guide styling. WhatFix as a product allows us, as a business, to reach and engage with our customers without the need to use our own internal development teams. Allowing them to focus on delivering value to our customers. The product itself is highly intuitive, and the features it delivers allows us to onboard, train and communicate with our end users with ease, ensuring they are fully up to date with training, and release information about our product.

Whatfix is very customizable and has awesome analytics to give insight to how well customers are interacting with your tips and training pop ups.
