What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix is highly versatile and flexible, empowering us to build very bespoke content for our user communities and internal teams.

Key benefits:

The support team and engineering teams are outstanding - responsive, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Literally, second-to-none!

Ability to automate/semi-automate Guided walkthroughs (Flows)

Whatfix is a vendor that listens to their client, understands their business challenges, and works with them to achieve their goals

Feature enhancements are released every quarter, often with significant functionality improvements

Whatfix always welcomes and takes action on client feedback which helps to drive the product roadmap

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

There's nothing I particularly dislike about Whafix.

The Dashboard (Administration Console) is sometimes a little clunky in some areas, but nothing causes any significant pain. Still, I've been working with Whatfix constantly over the past few years on many platform enhancements to make it a more efficient and effective experience for Content Creators and end-users alike. What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatfix is helping us address some of the end-user frustration they are faced with when working through complex or lengthy processes. We've cut our training material creation time hugely by benefitting from the multi-format output capabilities that Whatfix offers.

We are also helping our internal sales operations teams increase their efficiency by making Whatfix work for them, using automation capabilities to reduce some of the clicks and field population on predictable, repititive processes.

Our new user onboarding experience has also been repurposed since we formed out Partnership with Whatfix, meaning we can now spend more time ensuring new employees understand and embrace our company values. Whatfix takes care of the day-to-day scenario based training and essentially does all of the heavy lifting that was previously part of our bloated LMS course. What do you like best about Whatfix?

The features that have been most helpful for my company's digital adoptino goals have certainly been the downloadable formats such as video and PDFs. These have been incredibly useful for training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

There have been numerous occasions where the Whatfix flows break when they are being tested in the "live" environment. Because of these, we have had to submit a lot of support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The WhatFix solution incorporates directly into Salesforce for a good user engagement. The support team is always available and willing to hop on a call to discuss any issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

There is a language barrier that can sometimes feel overwhelming. While the staff all uses English well, they speak very quickly and do not seem to understand when we ask them to slow down. Otherwise, they are most helpful and upbeat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like how much control I have over managing and creating guided content for end users. I also like how quick support team is to respond and address issues when they occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see more control around embedding images, gifs, and video within individual guides. I would also like to see more advanced customization options—in the end WhatFix provided me with exactly what I wanted for styling, but I wish the options just existed—Pendo and Walkme have more flexibility in terms of guide styling. What do you like best about Whatfix?

WhatFix as a product allows us, as a business, to reach and engage with our customers without the need to use our own internal development teams. Allowing them to focus on delivering value to our customers. The product itself is highly intuitive, and the features it delivers allows us to onboard, train and communicate with our end users with ease, ensuring they are fully up to date with training, and release information about our product.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix is very customizable and has awesome analytics to give insight to how well customers are interacting with your tips and training pop ups.

One other huge benefit is their customer support. Whatfix is extremely responsive and helpful in getting their product working for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The admin interface in setting up content can be a bit confusing to navigate, but it's easy enough to figure out in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatfix has been used to onboard new customers, post release notes in our product, and notify users of best practices as they use our product. We have seen traffic move to the right spots on our site and we have seen problems resolved because of in product messaging.

We did not want to build in product feedback and training in some instances, and Whatfix has been used to supplement that. The implementation of the Javascript to get it going and then the management on the admin side were quick enough to really get us off the ground. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
