What do you like best about Whatfix?

The capability to produce really unique content, how flows can be created across multiple pages, the ability to add multiple types of media, and the helpful support team who are always there right away when you need something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

A lot of cool features require some background coding (which will be done by the support team quite quickly if you ask), and occasionally it didn't work properly on our site, such as tooltips not attaching to the page correctly. What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatfix has helped lessen support queries and increased customer engagement. We can use pop-ups to inform users if an element of the site is down and to keep customers up to date with recent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Can see the edit/content flow live before publish and easy to use editor. Also the user analytics and statistics are useful to understand the adoption better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix ia very intuative tool that helps in the creation of self-help guides and tutorials. It has made it easy to launch new features and services, and to reduce to amount of emails and calls coming to our client service teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

It would be great if we could encourage more of our customers to give the Whatfix self-help tool a try instead of immediately reaching out for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix was very easy to implement and launch for our staff. It gives us the ability to provide support to our employees directly in the system where they are working. The Whatfix Professional Services Team was great to work with during implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure the solutions you're expecting this product to provide will not require the Whatfix team to write additional code. You will need to be trained on how to use this product, but it has a lot of cool and helpful features and our users have responded really positively to the content I've created. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Intuitivity of System from a content creation as well as from a user perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Difficulties in user identification and role segmentation within our (SAP) Apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring a faster transition to new (SAP) Systems and guiding users through processes + giving them additional information with Smart Tips.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The customer service is fantastic. The way they empower their chat support to break out and resolve issues on the spot is very helpful and a real time saver.
