What do you like best about Whatfix?

We used WhatFix to help rollout our custom CRM. At the time it almost seemed too good to be true – comparable capability, excellent CS support and all for a fraction of the price of the former market leader. The product is stable, performs well and releases a steady stream of updates/improvements (without breaking existing flows!). Did not disappoint! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

A small blemish but some recent communication has been frustrating. Lots of new people joined the WhatFix team and are eager to build relationships at all levels. This has meant occasional over-exuberant communications. But as ever with WhatFix, they are very quick to remedy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix's solution offers a decent amount of flexibility that should allow it to work on pretty much any application I expect.

The requests we made to the implementation team were all answered and the subsequent 6 administration training session was very professionally held. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

There isn't a lot not to like to be honest.

A couple of general Whatfix incidents were experienced during the implementation phase, so it didn't really impact our users thankfully.

Even then, I appreciated the fact that they have their own incident communication page where you can subscribe to updates on the situation (the application on which we deployed Whatfix doesn't even have that). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's certainly a lot easier to get buy in from new users, and to see which of them actually started their training, when you tell them to do the tasks in the Task list before contacting you for their individual needs.

Our application isn't the easiest to understand so Whatfix has reduced the amount of questions made to the project team.

It has also allowed us to take the pulse about user's issues with the performance/speed of our application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The application is developing rapidly with great features being added to the data aspects which can help to inform strategic decisions and areas for further content development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

It is currently too early in our use to identify any key issues or pain points with the application. Though we have noted some small delays with longer flows or when pages require scrolling to find exact locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are currently using WhatFix to support our staff and with the use of our LMS and to help them develop new courses. Our scope is currently looking to change and include the onboarding of end-users as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
